Singer-Rapper Parmish Verma Gets His 1st Car - An OG Tata Safari - Beautifully Resto-Modded [Video]
When it comes to celebrities who are true automotive enthusiasts, the name of Punjabi singer Parmish Verma is hard to miss. Over the years, he has bought multiple new vehicles, and his current garage includes a Rolls-Royce, Mercedes G-Wagen, and a Lamborghini. However, even to this day, he owns his first car, the OG Tata Safari. Recently, a video was shared in which the singer got his beloved Tata Safari completely restored and modified according to his impeccable taste.
Parmish Verma's original Tata Safari gets restored
The video showing the restoration process of Parmish Verma's original Tata Safari has been shared on Instagram by Back Yard Customs on their channel. It starts off with the singer checking out his Safari midway during the restoration process. Following this, the video shows how the complete restoration and modification process of Verma’s Safari started at their shop.
First off, the Tata Safari was completely dismantled by the technicians in the shop. We can note that all the doors and the bonnet were removed from the SUV, followed by the complete stripping of the interior. This included the removal of all seats, flooring, and other crucial interior components.
After this, the vehicle was restored mechanically. We can observe that the complete suspension kit, brakes, and other mechanical components were replaced with new parts. The radiator of this SUV was fully cleaned, as was the rear differential. The video also shows the shop technicians cleaning the underbody of the SUV to make it as perfect as possible.
Following the mechanical work, the vehicle was sent for bodywork. All the dents were removed, and it was given a thorough wash before going into the paint booth. Finally, the SUV was fully painted in the same black color as before, after which it was brought out for the final assembly and interior installation.
Parmish Verma opted for a fully modern interior for his SUV. As a result, the shop changed the seatbelts to red and installed fully custom black-and-red leather-upholstered powered seats in Verma's SUV. Parmish Verma's custom logo was also embroidered on the headrests of his Safari.
Additionally, the rear jump seats and the middle bench row were removed. The SUV now only has four seats. A new aftermarket music system, including a new touchscreen, was installed. On the outside, new taillights and headlights were added, and finally, the vehicle was polished for the final gloss before being delivered to the singer.
Parmish Verma's love for the Safari
The black Tata Safari seen in the video is the same Safari that Parmish Verma bought after saving money while working in Australia. He purchased this SUV as a gift for his younger brother after a lot of hard work. He once even shared a video of his Safari parked next to his brand-new Rs 4.5 crore Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG. The singer proudly stated, “G with the OG.”
Parmish Verma also owns a new Safari
The singer was also the first person to own the new-generation Tata Safari, which was launched back in 2021. He shared a post with his new Safari at the exact same spot where he had earlier clicked a picture with his original Safari. In the post, he stated, “Thank you, Tata Motors, for delivering me the first Safari.” He added, “Same Guy Same House Same Car, Just Some Added Blessings. Thank you to my Fans and Supporters.”
