After Buying Mahindra Scorpio-N, India's Most Famous Truck Driver Buys His First AC Truck (Video)
Rajesh Rawani, the face of R Rajesh Vlogs, is currently one of the most popular YouTubers in India. He gained his fame on YouTube by sharing his daily life as an Indian truck driver. Now, due to the success of his channel, Rawani has been able to afford his first brand-new truck. Recently, he shared the delivery vlog of his all-new Tata Tipper truck worth Rs 27 lakh. In the video, the vlogger highlighted that the best thing about this truck is that it comes equipped with an air conditioner.
India's most famous driver buys a new truck
The video showing the delivery of Rajesh Rawani’s first AC truck has been shared on YouTube by R Rajesh Vlogs on his channel. It starts off with the YouTuber, his son, and a few other people heading towards the Tata Motors dealership in his recently bought Mahindra Scorpio-N to take delivery of the new truck.
Rawani mentioned that the delivery was planned in a different way, but their plans changed due to heavy downpour. He then stated he would first buy a raincoat, as the truck from the company comes as a bare chassis and a driver’s seat without any proper compartment. He then bought the raincoat, went for lunch with everyone, and finally went to take delivery of his truck.
Following this, the video shows Rawani being welcomed at the Tata Motors commercial vehicle dealership. Soon after, he was given a detailed walkaround of the truck he had bought. During the walkaround, Rawani mentioned that this is the first truck he will be driving that has fuel tanks on both sides.
He also added that the side-mounted spare wheel is very helpful. The popular driver was then shown the suspension of the vehicle, and finally, he took the driver’s seat of his brand-new Tata truck. During this, he mentioned that this is the first truck he owns that has an air conditioner.
Rawani added that his previous truck only had a blower. The sales representative then explained that this blower system now also gets a condenser as well as a compressor, which ensures that the vehicle provides cool air to the driver and the co-driver. The salesman also showed him the cruise control feature and mentioned that it has different modes for different load capacities.
Tata 1923C truck
As mentioned, R Rajesh Vlogs has bought a brand-new Tata LPT 1923C truck. This particular truck is priced at Rs 26.59–26.80 lakh (ex-showroom). This truck, as seen in the video, comes with air conditioning, cruise control, and different power modes depending upon the gradient of the road and the load.
Powering this Tata 1923C truck is a 4-cylinder Cummins 5.6-litre engine. This motor is capable of producing a maximum power of 230 bhp and a maximum torque of 850 Nm. Transmission duties are handled by a 6-speed gearbox, and it also complies with the BS6 OBD2 emission norms. This cargo truck offers a hydraulically tiltable sleeper cabin. It comes in different lengths: 17 feet, 20 feet, 24 feet, and 32 feet.
