Accidents are very common on our roads. When an expensive or exotic car is involved in such an accident, we often see it featured on several news websites. Here we have one such incident from Hyderabad, where a Rs 2.5 crore Porsche Taycan electric car crashed into the wall of a park. The videos and images of the car after the crash have been circulating on various online social media platforms since morning.

The video shown here was shared by Chota News Telugu on their X profile. In the video, we see the Taycan being recovered from the crash site. According to various reports circulating online, it is suspected to be a case of drunk driving. The accident happened around 5:30 am today at Banjara Hills. The high-performance electric car crashed into the fence of KBR Park.

After the crash, the driver fled the scene. When authorities learned about the accident, they visited the site but could not find anyone inside or near the car. In the crash, the front of the Porsche Taycan sustained damage. It appears that the front bumper, headlamps, bonnet, and fenders are all damaged.

In the video, we see a tow truck arriving at the accident site. Local police have started an investigation into this case. Surprisingly, they have yet to find details related to vehicle ownership. It seems that when the driver left the scene, they removed the car’s registration number.

Even in the video, we do not see a registration number at the rear. The car may have lost control while taking a turn at the junction near a cancer hospital. The car crashed into the median and then proceeded to crash into the fence. The police are now checking surveillance cameras to trace the car’s route and identify the owner.

POrsche Taycan crashed

We hope the driver is unhurt and did not suffer any serious injuries in the crash. This crash is once again a reminder that shows the importance of safe driving practices. This is the second time we’ve come across a Porsche Taycan crash. The first was in Pune, where an underage boy crashed his father’s Taycan electric car into a bike at high speed. Sadly, two IT professionals on the bike lost their lives.

The teenager driving the car was found to be drunk and underage. The accident happened at the Kalyani Nagar junction in Pune. The family initially claimed that their son was not driving, but rather their family driver was behind the wheel at the time of the accident. Both the teenager’s father and grandfather were arrested and later granted bail in this case.

After the crash, the Juvenile Justice Board granted the minor bail with lenient conditions, including writing a 300-word essay on road safety. The car was clearly being driven at high speed, which was evident from CCTV footage that surfaced online later.

A few months ago, the family of the teen who crashed the Porsche electric car also filed a petition with the court for the return of the Porsche electric luxury car involved in the crash.
