The Indian National Field Hockey Team secured a Bronze medal in the Paris Olympics. It was at around the same time that MG launched the Windsor EV in India. The manufacturer soon announced that it would gift the EV to the Olympians. PR Sreejesh is the goalkeeper of the Indian Hockey Team. Now, he has taken delivery of the EV.

The Olympian took delivery of the vehicle from MG Coastline Garages, a dealer in Kochi. The vehicle is a top-spec variant that wears White paint. In November 2024, MG Motor India felicitated all medal-winning Olympic athletes with brand-new MG Windsor EVs in a grand event held in Chandigarh. 25 EVs were officially delivered at the occasion.

Since PR Sreejesh is from Kerala, it was more convenient for him to get the EV delivered from the Kochi dealership than getting it from Chandigarh and then transporting it to his home town. Coastline Garages commenced this delivery on February 13, 2025. Sreejesh came with his family to receive the vehicle.
