When Kids Meet 15 Crore Rolls Royce: Heart-Warming Or Heart-In-Mouth Moment For Owner? [Video]

Seeing a car as expensive as a Rolls Royce Phantom VIII in public is not something that happens every day for most Indian people. As a result of this, it naturally attracts a lot of crowd towards it when parked in a public space. Now, most owners don't mind people clicking pictures with their car. However, sometimes the public takes things too far and starts doing things which can definitely be a heart-clenching moment for the owner. Recently, one such video has been shared online in which people were seen letting their kids sit on a Rs 15 crore Rolls Royce sedan.
This video, showing the Rolls Royce Phantom VIII getting touched by people on the road, has been shared on YouTube by VA Supercars on their channel. In this short, we can note that two kids—a girl and a boy—were standing in front of the beautiful-looking blue Rolls Royce Phantom VIII worth Rs 15 crore. These kids were accompanied by their mother, who was standing next to them.
Now, in most cases, this is not a problem, and neither the owner nor the driver of this vehicle was saying anything to these kids getting so close to the vehicle. However, when the young girl, with her curiosity, started touching the “Spirit of Ecstasy,” which is the flying lady mascot on the front grille, the driver had to intervene and stop her.
Following this, just when we thought that it could not get any worse, another couple put their baby on the bonnet of this sedan. The mother can be seen holding the baby; meanwhile, the father was clicking his picture. This moment, although very heartwarming, must have been nerve-wracking for the owner.
To a lot of people in the comments section, this particular video is very heartwarming. A number of netizens have commented that the owner has a “golden heart” and he is a very kind human for letting people get close to and do such stuff. However, do we really think that this is the case? Well, from a glance, it does look very heartwarming, as neither the driver nor the owner (apart from the girl touching the Spirit of Ecstasy) stopped anyone.
But there is a totally different aspect to seeing what we just saw. We are talking about the civic sense—or the lack of it—which was displayed here. We understand that clicking pictures of and with such a beautiful, expensive, and rare vehicle is an opportunity of a lifetime for a lot of people. However, we can clearly see that people in India lack a lot of civic sense and do not respect the untold boundaries of other people.
In this case, touching the Spirit of Ecstasy and putting a kid on the bonnet of a Rs 15 crore car is something which, although may not seem a lot to some people, to the owner it could be a very big deal. This is primarily due to the cost of this vehicle. Even a small scratch, dent, or breakage of the hood ornament can cost lakhs of rupees to the owner. So, it is expected by the public that they respect the boundaries and do not jeopardize the moment.
Over the years, we have seen many generous supercar and luxury car owners. These people do not think before sharing the experience that they are so fortunate to experience in their daily lives with people who are not so fortunate. Although there are many such owners, one of the most popular ones is Nishant Saboo. He is the owner of Ceramic Pro Hyderabad, and in his viral reels, he is seen giving people free rides in his Lamborghini Huracan.
He has given rides to numerous people, including handicapped people, police officers, car spotter kids, and even a person who was peeking inside his showroom from the glass windows. Another such gentleman is Aamir Sharma, who owns multiple supercars like Ferrari, McLaren, and Porsche. He was seen helping a dog walker take pictures with his Ferrari F8 Tributo.
