Rowdy Scooter Rider Bangs On Window And Kicks Car In Road Rage (Video)
The tolerance level of people driving their four-wheelers and two-wheelers on the road has become very low. In the last few months, we have seen numerous incidents of road rage where people have started fighting on public roads. Most recently, another similar road rage incident has been reported from Pune. This time, a scooter rider who was driving recklessly was called out. Soon after, he started banging on the window of the car driver he almost crashed into.
Scooter Rider Continuously Bangs on Window
This video showing the road rage of a scooter rider on a public road has been shared online. It comes courtesy of Prateek Singh, who mentions that the video was shared with him by one of the viewers. In this short clip, we can see a man standing on the road and banging on the window of a car driver.
It can be observed that this man was shouting at the car driver and also abusing him. The worst part is that the car driver was accompanied by his fiancée, and despite noticing the female passenger inside the car, the scooter rider did not stop shouting or banging.
The video shows that he even kicked the door on the driver’s side. This particular argument carried on for a while, and a lot of people on the road were watching the scooter rider harassing the car driver and his fiancée. Thankfully, a few people stepped in and tried to calm down the scooter rider.
What Happened?
As per the video, what happened was that the car driver was driving his newly bought car on his usual route in Pune. He mentioned that suddenly this particular scooter rider merged into his lane. At this point, the car driver lightly honked at the rider.
Unfortunately, instead of moving away, the scooter rider started randomly applying brakes while riding in front of the car. What’s even more concerning was that the scooter rider had his wife and child with him, yet he was still endangering their lives.
Following this, the owner of the car added that after he lightly honked for the second time, the scooter rider became extremely angry and stopped his scooter completely.
He mentioned that soon after, the scooter rider came to the car door and started banging on the window. The owner highlighted that the scooter rider was trying to break into the car. He was also intimidating the driver to come out and fight with him.
At this point, the car driver started recording the scooter rider, but he would not stop. Instead, he continued abusing the driver. Even after a few people intervened and tried to stop the scooter rider from hitting the car, he did not stop. After some time, he even came to the other side of the car. During this time, the car driver asked his fiancée to take pictures of the number plate of the Suzuki Burgman scooter the rider was on.
Has This Man Been Arrested?
The car driver has mentioned that he has already lodged an FIR against the scooter rider. However, whether this person has been arrested or not has not been reported. Most likely, the police will commence their investigation soon and catch the scooter rider.
Importance of Dashcam
This incident once again highlights how important it has become to have a dashcam installed in the car. The owner of this car has mentioned that he already has a dashboard camera on order, which will be coming soon. Had this car driver installed a dashcam on the day he bought the car, there would have been more proof as to why this entire incident took place.
