Many individuals who are associated with criminal activities also find politics as a haven. Kunwar Raghuraj Pratap Singh, fondly known as Raja Bhaiya is also one such person.

Serving as the MLA from Kunda (Uttar Pradesh) since 1992, Raja Bhaiya’s influence and career in state politics are well-known. Apart from politics, he is also konown for his love of luxury cars and SUVs and is often seen commuting in them daily as well as using them during election campaigns. Raja Bhaiya owns a white Toyota Land Cruiser J200 in its second-facelift version, which was sold in India for a short period between 2017 and 2019. This SUV served as Toyota’s flagship model at the time and came equipped with a 4.5-litre V8 diesel engine producing 263 PS of maximum power and 650 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The only sedan Raja Bhaiya has owned so far is a silver Mercedes-Benz S-Class, specifically the pre-facelift version of the sixth-generation model. His S 350 D variant was powered by a 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine delivering 258 PS and 620 Nm of torque. However, this luxury sedan is no longer part of his collection, as he has already sold it.
Raja Bhaiya was among the first in India to purchase the all-new Land Rover Defender when it launched in 2020. His model is the Defender 110 S variant, powered by a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 petrol engine producing 525 PS and 625 Nm of torque. The SUV is finished in a premium shade of Lantau Bronze.
He also owns a black Jeep Wrangler, a luxury SUV celebrated worldwide for its exceptional off-road capabilities. Raja Bhaiya’s model is the third-generation Wrangler, powered by a 2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel engine that generates 200 PS and 460 Nm of torque. This version was later replaced in 2021 by the fourth-generation Wrangler, which is now locally assembled in India.
Raja Bhaiya was the first person in Uttar Pradesh to bring home the all-new fifth-generation Land Rover Range Rover soon after its India launch in 2022. His HSE variant comes with a 3.0-litre six-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 400 PS and 550 Nm of torque. This luxury SUV is also finished in the signature shade of Lantau Bronze.
