India’s First Mahindra BE6 To BE6 Batman Edition Aftermarket Conversion Is Here [Video]

The newly-launched Mahindra BE6 Batman edition rose to acceptance in no time. The demand for this dark-themed electric SUV was so high that it made the carmaker increase its production cap to 999 units. Even with its revised production count, the BE6 Batman edition is a limited edition and thus hard to source. Now, a BE6 owner has converted the regular SUV to a Batman Edition, with the help of a detailing show. A video of the same has been shared online.
This conversion was done by GC (German Club) detailers, an automotive detailing shop in Kerala’s Thrissur. The vehicle here belongs to Mr. Rahib Mohammad, a well-known lifestyle and wellness coach and social media influencer (who goes by the handle Bheegaran on Instagram). The shop has already shared details of all the modifications that have been done to the vehicle so far.
This custom-crafted BE6 Batman edition stays true to the original in most areas of the exterior design. Like the original Batman edition, this electric SUV wears Matte Black. This has been achieved by giving it a premium Matte PPF (Paint Protection Film). Some panels and components have been custom-painted as well.
The vehicle also gets several Batman Dark Knight-specific details like Gold-coloured Batman logos, Gold-painted brake callipers, and more. Even the front suspension springs are now painted in Gold colour, just like Mahindra has done on the original Batman edition.
This build also gets a custom-designed sill plate that reads ‘ Bheegaran x Batman’. This is, in fact, a step up from what’s offered on the original Batman edition, as it has the owner’s name written on it. The original Batman edition doesn’t offer the same.
The video doesn’t show the interior of the converted car. It is unclear if the driver’s halo has been repainted into Gold. On the original Batman edition, it gets finished in Alchemy Gold.
The actual BE6 Batman edition has an ex-showroom price of Rs 27.79 lakh. Almost all of the above visual details are present on the actual car as well. The Batman edition is in fact, an official collaboration between Mahindra and Warner Bros. These started reaching owners on September 20, 2025, which is also celebrated as ‘World Batman Day’.
The Batman Edition comes with several interesting details inside. The cabin has a dark colour theme, with tasteful touches of Alchemy Gold. Gold accents can be found on the steering wheel controller, electric parking brake, and multiple other places. Even key fob gets this. The shroud that runs around the driver comes with a brushed Gold finish. There are several Batman logos inside.
Another interesting detail is the lighting signatures. The panoramic glass roof comes with integrated Bat-shaped lighting strips. Bat logos are also displayed on the screens (the SUV has two 12.3-inch units) when you start the vehicle. These go missing on the conversion.
Mahindra offers two battery options on the BE6- 59 kWh and 79 kWh- both sourced from BYD. Just the 79kWh unit is offered on the Batman edition, claiming a range of 682 km per charge. The BE6 is underpinned by the carmaker’s newly developed INGLO platform.
The BE6 comes only as a two-wheel drive model, powered by a single electric motor that sits on the rear axle. Together with the larger battery pack, it makes 281 bhp and 380 Nm. It can do the 0-100 kph sprint in just 6.7 seconds. Four selectable drive modes are offered- Default, Range, Everyday, and Race.
