Shirtless Men Park Cars; Dance And Do Pushups Inside Atal Tunnel [Video]

No matter how advanced India becomes in terms of technology and infrastructure, there will also be people who will present the country in a way that makes it look decades behind the globe. Recently, a video has been shared online in which a bunch of men were seen dancing in the newly built Atal Tunnel, which connects Manali and Keylong. In this clip, these men were doing pushups and shouting while there was a long traffic jam inside the tunnel.
This video showing the men dancing and shouting inside the Atal Tunnel has been shared on X by Nikhil Saini on their channel. In this short video, we can see a group of men without their shirts dancing and doing pushups on the right lane of the Atal Tunnel. It can then be noted that they had opened all the doors and the tailgate of an SUV, which appears to be a Nissan Magnite.
As per the man in the video, there was a long traffic jam on the way to Lahaul Valley. As a result of this, these men started doing this performance. They were playing loud music, and they were also taking selfies while dancing. The post stated that the top Indian engineers and engineers from outside the country would have never imagined that the tunnel would be used by Indians in such a unique manner.
A number of netizens in the post have highlighted that this erratic behavior is what has made Indians unpopular across the world. Many people pointed out that such people who lack basic decorum are the reason why Indians are seen in a bad light. A few netizens even tagged Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, asking him to investigate this matter.
For those who may not be aware, the Atal Tunnel, which is located in Himachal Pradesh, is the world's longest highway tunnel above 10,000 feet. It stretches 9.02 km under the Rohtang Pass, and it has been designed to be used in all-weather conditions. It was inaugurated in 2020, and it reduces travel time between Manali and Leh by around 4-5 hours.
This tunnel has been engineered by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) and features an advanced electromechanical system, semi-transverse ventilation, and an emergency escape tunnel built into the main tunnel itself. The Atal Tunnel can withstand extreme weather because of its unique horseshoe-shaped design, which efficiently manages drainage systems.
This is not the first time that we have seen people dancing on a public road while others are stuck in traffic. A little while ago, a video was shared online in which a girl was seen dancing while standing on the seat of an Audi A3 Cabriolet. The video at the time became extremely viral. A number of people on the road were seen staring at this girl, who was dancing without any care.
In addition to this, another video became viral a while ago in which a young boy was also seen dancing on top of a Honda City. He was seen smoking a cigarette while standing on top of the sedan on an overbridge in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. It was reported that the Bhopal police authorities quickly investigated the matter and seized the Honda City on which this dance was performed.
