Popular Indian pop singer Stebin Ben has just updated his garage yet again. This time, he has added a Lamborghini Urus finished in Yellow to his collection. The SUV now has its ex-showroom price in the range of 4-4.5 Crore rupees, in India. The singer is known for his taste in cars and the new purchase only adds to it.

Stebin Ben hails from Bhopal and is known for his romantic songs and soulful performances. He shared pictures of the new SUV on social media, which went viral in no time. Fans couldn’t stop praising the singer’s choice, calling him “India’s most eligible bachelor.”

While most articles online say that the singer has bought a brand-new Lamborghini Urus, we prefer to differ. Stebin seems to have bought a pre-owned Urus. What makes us deduce so? Well, take a look at the pictures on the singer's Instagram handle. It shows a pre-facelift Urus that was on sale from 2018 to 2024. In April 2024, Lamborghini revealed the facelift to its best-selling SUV, and the same made an entry into the Indian market in August last year. This, the Urus SE, had major restyling gone into it along with an improved powertrain. It is difficult to buy a fresh pre-facelift Urus in 2025.

Lamborghini took veils off their first-ever 'Super SUV' in 2018, and soon brought the same to the Indian market as well. Upon arrival, it had a starting price of around 3 Cr. This would increase over the years, to 4.5 Cr for the top-spec variant of the facelifted model.

Circling back to the original Urus, the entry-spec SUV became Lamborghini's most affordable model in India back in the day. It was based on Volkswagen Group's MLB Evo platform, which also underpins the likes of Bentley Bentayga, Porsche Cayenne, and the Audi Q7. On the Lamborghini, however, it makes extensive use of Aluminium and keeps the Kerb weight under 2.2 tonnes.

The Urus is large in dimensions and almost matches the Bentayga in the same. The design is unmistakeably Lamborghini and you would even find design inspirations from the LM002- Lamborghini's first-ever SUV.

Under its hood, the (pre-facelift) Urus houses a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine with an output of 650hp and 850Nm of torque. The transmission on offer is an 8-speed automatic unit and the vehicle comes with a permanent AWD system with a 40:60 front-rear split.

Acceleration is nothing short of supercar-like. Lamborghini claims the SUV can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds. That’s faster than the original Murcielago. The top speed stands at 305 km/h, making it the fastest SUV in the world. Performance has only improved on the facelift!

The Urus features active torque vectoring and rear-wheel steering from the Aventador S, enhancing its agility at both high and low speeds. The massive 440mm carbon-ceramic brake discs at the front are the largest ever fitted to a production vehicle.

It also comes with adaptive air suspension and cylinder deactivation tech, which improves fuel efficiency during slow-speed city driving. There are six drive modes on offer – Strada (street), Sport, Corsa (track), Neve (snow), Terra (off-road), and Sabbia (sand). There's also an Ego mode for full-on custom settings.

The vehicle sports a cockpit layout similar to the Huracan and Aventador. The design features plenty of hexagonal shapes and a fighter jet-style start button. A digital TFT display serves as the instrument panel, and the dashboard houses Lamborghini’s latest infotainment system.

Comfort hasn't been compromised. The Urus comes with 12-way adjustable front seats, generous second-row space, and a practical 616-litre boot. The supercar-maker has found immense success with the model in India as well. It is also a celebrity-favourite!

Stebin Ben's Car Collection

The Lamborghini Urus joins Stebin’s already impressive car collection, which includes a Mercedes-AMG G63 and a Porsche 718 convertible.

With this purchase, Stebin joins a long list of Indian stars who own the Lamborghini Urus. Big names include Rohit Shetty, Kartik Aaryan, rapper Badshah, and even members of the Ambani family have the Urus in their respective garages.
