The 2025 version of the Slavia comes equipped with several premium features. However, in this update, Skoda has decided to offer some of these features in the lower trims as well. The Signature variant of the Slavia includes LED headlamps, LED DRLs, an electric sunroof, rain-sensing wipers, and an auto-dimming IRVM.

The Skoda Slavia is available with two petrol engine options. The first is a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine, offered with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission. This 1.0 TSI engine produces 115 PS and 178 Nm of peak torque. The second option is a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, available with both a manual transmission and a 7-speed DSG gearbox. This engine delivers 150 PS and 250 Nm of peak torque. Prices for the updated 2025 Slavia start at Rs 10.34 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 18.24 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Skoda Kushaq, a mid-size SUV, also receives feature updates. The Onyx variant of the Kushaq now comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, while the Signature variant includes an electric sunroof, rain-sensing wipers, 17-inch alloy wheels, an auto-dimming IRVM, and more.

Like the Slavia, the Skoda Kushaq is also available with two petrol engine options. The 1.0-litre TSI engine produces 115 PS and 178 Nm of peak torque, while the 1.5-litre TSI engine delivers 150 PS and 250 Nm of torque. Prices for the 2025 Skoda Kushaq start at Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 19.01 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Skoda Kushaq competes with the Volkswagen Taigun, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Honda Elevate in the mid-size SUV segment. Meanwhile, the Slavia, a mid-size sedan, rivals the Hyundai Verna, Honda City, and Volkswagen Virtus. The Maruti Ciaz, another competitor in this segment, is set to be discontinued in the coming months.

Both the Skoda Slavia and Kushaq are popular products in their respective segments. They are based on the MQB AO IN platform and were the first two models introduced as part of Skoda’s India 2.0 strategy. Both the Kushaq and Slavia are expected to receive a facelift later this year.

Skoda has also recently launched its first-ever sub-4-meter SUV, the Kylaq, in the Indian market. This new SUV is available exclusively with a 1.0-litre petrol engine, paired with both manual and automatic transmission options. Additionally, Skoda is set to introduce its first electric vehicle (EV) in India by September this year. It'll be the facelifted Enyaq that made its global debut recently.
