Students Fall Off Moving Mahindra Thar: Farewell Entry Gone Wrong!

The youth these days, tend to celebrate their farewell parties in bizarre ways. Making an ‘entry with a swag’ often remains the key focus in most such cases. Kids end up doing weird things for this- from taking expensive cars to their colleges to taking dangerous rides on top of vehicles. A recent video shows a group of students falling off the roof of a moving Mahindra Thar while trying to make an ‘ entry with a swag’ to their farewell party. The video has been amassing a lot of views and has sparked active discussions online.
The video starts by showing a Black Mahindra Thar on top of which are four kids seated, dressed in Black suits, to look classy. The SUV is seen carrying decent momentum. Due to some reason, the Thar makes a sudden move to the right. The three kids seated on top of the vehicle are totally unexpecting of the same. The unprecedented movement made them lose their balance and the three kids fell off the roof.
Now why did they fall? It can be attributed to the suspension setup and body roll it offers. A quick direction change will unsettle the SUV, because of the high stance, ladder frame chassis and SUV-like suspension setup. Thankfully, the vehicle did not hit them or drive over them. The only injuries they might have had would be from the fall. One of the boys fell first and the rest almost fell on top of him. The injuries thus, could vary between the three.
Details of the same are unknown at the moment. The Thar driver stopped as soon as the guys fell off his roof. People around can be seen laughing at the incident. No one rushed to the scene, probably because no major injuries were to be seen on any of the victims.
After stopping for some time, the Thar moves on and the boys do quick recoveries. Another guy can be seen popping the upper half of his body out of the Thar’s co-driver window and taking note of the incident. Kids can also be seen sticking out of the windows of a Maruti Swift that’s following the SUV- wearing Black blazers.
The government and colleges must ensure that kids do not end up doing things like this on their farewell days. Things could have gone terribly wrong in this case. Previously, severe actions were taken against students who performed reckless driving and stunts on their farewell day. Back then, the police seized 12 cars and issued challans worth 2.14 lakh to the violators.
In another incident, we also saw youth standing on a moving Mahindra Scorpio. The students here were celebrating some occasion or festival in their college by doing these dangerous stunts. There are three of them standing, one of which is holding a White flag as well. Girls can be seen standing on the sidestep of the SUV. One of them is seen standing too close to the rear wheel.
The boys were standing without any support and soon lost their balance and tended to move backwards. They try hard to regain their lost balance but fail in doing so. The three of them soon fall from the top, and onto the girls who were standing on the rear bumper.
