Indian Cricketer Suryakumar Yadav Buys New Mercedes Benz G63 AMG Grand Edition [Video]
Suryakumar Yadav’s catch during the T20 cricket World Cup final is something that fans are going to remember for a very long time. Cricketers and their lifestyles are something that most people look up to. Some of these men are actually big-time car enthusiasts. Retired Indian cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni are some of the examples. Suryakumar Yadav is also one of the young cricketers who loves expensive cars and SUVs. It looks like Suryakumar Yadav recently bought himself a brand new Mercedes G63 AMG.
The video seen here has been shared by CS12 Vlogs on their YouTube channel. In this short clip, we see the Indian cricketer driving away in his brand new G63 AMG luxury SUV. The SUV is finished in a shade of matte black which looks extremely good on the SUV. It is a very short video, and we do not get to see the car clearly in this video.
The person who recorded the video claims that Suryakumar Yadav has bought the Grand Edition of the G63 AMG. However, we cannot confirm the same. The Grand Edition is actually limited to only 1000 units worldwide, and India only gets 25 of these.
Mercedes-Benz had launched this special edition G-Wagen in the market last year, saying that they will be offering it to existing Maybach, S-Class, and Mercedes-AMG customers first.
The G63 AMG Grand Edition is finished in exclusive Manufaktur Night Black Magno color with gold graphics. It runs on 22-inch alloy wheels. The bumpers, front skid plate, spare wheel ring, and various interior bits, including the seat stitching, get gold accents. There are Grand Edition badges on the inside, and the seats are all wrapped in Nappa leather.
The Grand Edition is, in fact, the same G63 AMG with cosmetic changes to give it a special look. The SUV is powered by the same engine as the regular version. It uses a 4.0-liter V8, twin-turbo petrol engine that generates 585 PS and 850 Nm of peak torque.
Not The Only Mercedes
This is not the only Mercedes-Benz that Suryakumar Yadav has in his garage. Like most car buyers these days, it looks like Suryakumar also has a soft corner for SUVs. A few years ago, he took delivery of a brand new Mercedes-Benz GLS luxury SUV. He took the delivery along with his wife Devisha Shetty.
Other than this, Suryakumar Yadav also owns a Nissan Jonga 1-ton pickup truck. Just like MS Dhoni, Suryakumar Yadav also purchased a restored Nissan 1-ton pickup truck. His truck is finished in a Kinetic Yellow or Neon Green shade.
G63 Owners
Indian cricketers like Shreyas Iyer, Hardik Pandya, and MS Dhoni also own a G63 AMG SUV. For MS Dhoni, he recently told in an interview that he has been a fan of G-Wagen, and this is his last chance to buy one as Mercedes-Benz would be soon launching an electric version of the SUV in the market. A few weeks after the interview aired, the cricketer bought a brand new G-Wagen. He bought the SUV in a black shade which looks extremely good.
