Multi-Crore Mclaren 720S Supercar vs Tata Harrier.EV: Viral Table Cloth Challenge [Video]

Tata Motors has shaken the entire Indian automotive market with the launch of the new Harrier.ev. This all-electric, all-wheel-drive SUV is very capable on and off the road, owing to its powerful dual motor setup. Now, you'd be surprised to know that the Harrier.ev is so incredible that it has even managed to beat a McLaren 720S. As for the rest in which it has managed to beat it, you'll have to check it out yourself.
A little while ago, a video was uploaded from the channel of the popular Australian YouTuber Alex Hirschi, who we all know as Supercar Blondie. In this experiment video, what happens is that two of the Supercar Blondie channel employees were seen trying to pull off the tablecloth with plates and glasses on it by using the sheer power of a McLaren 720S worth Rs 4.65 crore.
They first placed a plastic sheet underneath the glassware on the table, and just underneath it was a tablecloth. The crew then attached this cloth with a rope, which was laid on the ground. As for the other end of this rope, it was attached to the rear spoiler of the McLaren 720S.
Following this, the driver launches the supercar on the count of three, and the tablecloth gets pulled away. We can note that all the items on the table were intact, except for a spoon which fell down. Both the employees were extremely ecstatic after successfully finishing off this challenge.
Tata Motors has been promoting the Harrier.ev by attempting a number of unique and mind-blowing stunts and sharing their videos online. Of these, one of the viral videos of the Harrier.ev is the one in which it replicated the same stunt as the McLaren 720S seen in the Supercar Blondie video.
This video has been shared on YouTube by Tata.ev on their channel. It starts with the video mentioning the Harrier.ev is not just an SUV. Instead, it is the fastest accelerating SUV in its segment. Following this, a shot of this electric SUV being parked on a long stretch of road is shown.
After this, we can note that the rear of this vehicle was tied in a similar way to a rope on the road. This rope was attached to a tablecloth with four dinner plates and four glasses filled with drinks. Finally, the Harrier.ev accelerates rapidly and manages to pull away the tablecloth from the table. What is even more surprising is that not even a single item fell on the road.
Now, you may be wondering how the Harrier.ev managed to beat the McLaren 720S. Well, the answer is that the Tata Harrier.ev comes equipped with a dual motor setup and QWD, which is the name for the all-wheel-drive system from Tata Motors. This powertrain produces 313 PS and 504 Nm of peak torque.
As for the 0–100 kmph time of this SUV, it is a mind-boggling 6.3 seconds, which, considering this SUV is a super heavy electric vehicle, is very impressive. Tata offers the Harrier.ev with two battery pack options of 65 kWh and 75 kWh units. The maximum range of this SUV is 622 km on a single full charge.
