Brand New Tata Harrier Flips After Getting Hit By Another Vehicle: Dad, Son Walk Out Unscathed! [Video]

Tata cars and their build quality is something that people are very much aware of. In fact, Tata is one of those Indian brands that started offering sturdy-built vehicles at affordable prices. We have also seen several videos where occupants travelling in Tata cars escape from major accidents without any injuries. This is one of the reasons behind Tata’s popularity. Here we have one such accident video from Madhya Pradesh where a father and son duo travelling in their brand new Tata Harrier escaped unhurt after another vehicle crashed into their SUV.
The video has been shared by Prateek Singh on his YouTube channel. The video was shared with him by one of his followers. The accident happened in Madhya Pradesh. In the video, we see a white-coloured Tata Harrier SUV lying upside down in the middle of the road.
The video explains that this was probably a brand new Harrier SUV as we don’t see a registration number. The father and son duo were probably driving the car home after taking delivery when the accident happened.
As per the video, the car was being driven on a highway when another car suddenly hit the Harrier from the side or rear. The driver lost control as they were also maintaining high speed. The SUV crashed into the railing of the road. After hitting the railing, the SUV toppled and ended up upside down.
We see that the brand new SUV had several damaged panels. This video is once again an example that shows the external skin of a car has nothing to do with the sturdiness or build quality as people like to call it.
The door panels on this brand new SUV, along with the fenders and front windshield, look damaged. The paint on many of the body panels has also ripped off after the SUV rubbed against the tarmac and concrete on the road. The roof also has a dent and we also see minor dents on the front bumper and bonnet of the SUV.
The driver and occupant in the car can be seen standing next to the SUV after the crash and it looks like they escaped without any injuries. The crash was caused by another vehicle on the road but sadly they couldn’t identify which vehicle or what the condition of the other vehicle is because the other vehicle never stopped after the accident.
The occupants in the Tata Harrier were wearing seat belts and the airbags also opened in time. This saved them from serious injuries. The shell of the Harrier looks intact and it has not suffered any damage that cannot be repaired. This video is a great reminder that shows how dangerous driving on our roads can be.
Crashing into a vehicle and then leaving the spot without checking on the victims is extremely dangerous. It is also illegal. If an accident happens, you are supposed to report it to the local police. With so many surveillance cameras installed on different parts of our highways and cities, it is not that hard to locate the vehicle if authorities want to.
