Tata Motors Solves Curvv Issues To Owner's Satisfaction (Video)

Despite currently being one of the top automakers in India, Tata Motors is known for not having a very high customer service satisfaction rating. This is because many Tata dealerships provide poor after-sales service, and the vehicles are filled with niggles. However, the company is now trying to improve its reputation, and recently it proved this by helping a Tata Curvv owner whose vehicle was involved in an accident as his vehicle stopped in the middle of a road in heavy traffic. It has been recently reported by the owner of the Curvv that the company has solved all of the problems.

This video giving an update on the situation of a Tata Curvv with issues has been shared on YouTube by Prateek Singh on their channel. It starts off with the creator mentioning that the owner of this particular Tata Curvv has recently messaged him. He had asked to delete the previous video in which he highlighted all the issues in his SUV.

The creator then elaborated that after his video highlighting all the niggles and issues became viral, Tata Motors and the dealership from which it was bought contacted the owner. He added that soon after this, he was provided with a Tata Harrier loaner car. Additionally, all the issues were resolved by the company, and his vehicle is now working properly.

He added they also reimbursed him for all the extra expenses he had to bear earlier. The owner thanked the creator for escalating this issue online, which helped him in getting his vehicle repaired, and he also stated that he is satisfied with the customer.

What happened to this Tata Curvv?

For those who may be wondering what actually happened to this particular Tata Curvv: Recently, the owner of this Curvv reported that he bought this SUV back in February of this year. However, ever since he bought it, the vehicle started giving him a lot of troubles due to small niggles. He highlighted that the infotainment screen of the vehicle would stop working randomly.

It would become blank, and also the digital instrument gauge cluster of this Curvv would start showing a ton of error codes. He added that the vehicle also had a fuel gauge issue, due to which, despite the vehicle already having fuel, it would show the fuel level as low. Also, his vehicle once stopped in the middle of a road after showing many error codes, and his vehicle was stranded.

He also mentioned that at the time when he reported issues to the Tata Motors dealership, they did not help him out. The owner stated that after this issue, he dropped off his vehicle at the dealership to get repaired. However, after the repairs, the dealership told him that they cannot guarantee that the issues would be completely gone or not.

Unfortunately, two days after coming back from the dealership, his vehicle started having the same problems. The final nail in the coffin issue occurred when his vehicle got involved in an accident on a highway while he was with his family. The owner explained that he was travelling with his family on the Mathura highway when, during a traffic jam, his vehicle suddenly stopped.

He added that as a result of this sudden stoppage, the truck driver behind his SUV could not apply brakes on time and hence collided and damaged the rear left side. What also happened was, due to this push from the rear, the Curvv also hit a vehicle in the front, which caused the front to get damaged as well.
