Friendship Goals: 3 Friends Take Delivery Of 3 Toyota Fortuner SUVs on Same Day [Video]

Growing up, we all had friends, and we are sure that most of us would have thought of buying the same car after we grew up. Due to various reasons, only a few manage to keep their promise. They buy their dream car but, in most cases, they don’t buy it at the same time. Lately, we have started seeing a trend where people are actually taking delivery of their dream car along with their friends and family. Here we have one such video where three friends take delivery of three Toyota Fortuner SUVs on the same day.
The video has been shared by Swamis Studio on their Instagram page. In the video, we see three friends walk into a Toyota dealership in Maharashtra. All three of them walk into the dealership along with their friends and family. They are greeted by the dealership staff, and they soon go and get the paperwork done for the SUVs. Once all three of them were done with the documentation part, they moved towards the delivery area where their new vehicles were waiting for their new owners.
All three vehicles were aligned for delivery, and when the time came, all three cars were unveiled at the same time. All three of them had opted for the Toyota Fortuner, and that too in the same shade of white. The happiness on the faces of the individuals who bought these cars was very evident.
They looked happy, and above everything, it felt like they had achieved a goal that they had in their minds for a very long time. Once the Fortuners were unveiled, they took the opportunity to pose with the cars for pictures and videos. Later, they drove the cars out of the dealership and parked them on the roadside.
Coming to the cars, the SUV seen here in the video is the Toyota Fortuner, which is an extremely popular SUV in its segment. It is, in fact, one of the best-selling SUVs in its segment and has been ruling this category in the Indian market for over a decade. Despite its hefty price tag and fewer features, people go for the Toyota Fortuner because it is reliable and easy on the pocket when it comes to maintenance.
The Toyota Fortuner is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The SUV is available with a 2.8-litre turbocharged diesel engine that generates 201 Bhp and 500 Nm of peak torque. This engine is offered with manual and automatic transmission options.
The Fortuner petrol uses a 2.7-litre engine that generates 163 Bhp and 245 Nm of peak torque. This is also available with manual and automatic transmission. Toyota has also introduced mild-hybrid tech in the diesel version. As mentioned above, the Toyota Fortuner is not an affordable SUV by any means. Prices for the Fortuner start at Rs 36.05 lakh, ex-showroom, and go all the way up to Rs 52.34 lakh, ex-showroom.
This is not the first time we have come across a video like this. A similar video had surfaced online from Odisha, where four friends bought four top-of-the-line Fortuner GR Sport SUVs.
