Toyota Fortuner Owners Will Drool Over DC’s Wildest Luxury Lounge Conversion Yet

Most Toyota Fortuner owners buy it to use for their long commutes as it is a very powerful and comfortable SUV to ride in. However, in order to increase its luxury, recently an owner of a Fortuner got his SUV fitted with a super luxury lounge setup. This particular Fortuner gets a set of massive and comfortable lounge seats, a 43-inch smart television, a fridge, and a ton of other modifications.
This particular Toyota Fortuner lounge has been created by DC Dilip Chhabria, and the video showing it has been shared on the company's official Instagram page. It starts off with the exterior rear shot of this SUV, and it can be noted that it has been given a DC2 badge on the tailgate. Soon after this, the video starts showing the main highlight of this build, which is its interior.
First off, the rear right-side door of this SUV is opened, and it can be noted that the entire door panel has been changed. It gets a custom mould on which wood veneer, an automatically operational window blind, a chrome door handle, a custom speaker grille, and a storage cubby have been added.
Following this, the main highlight of the cabin, which is the 24-inch wide aftermarket lounge seats, can be seen finished in red leather upholstery. These lounge seats offer complete 180-degree recline, automatic ottomans, handrests, massage, and ventilation. On the sides, both seats get their dedicated wireless charging pad and controls for the seats.
What also elevates the premium feel of this cabin is the hardwood flooring. There are embedded lights on the floor as well. Additionally, there are two hidden storages on the floor. The first one is a bar storage where bottles and champagne flutes can be stored, and on the other side is an open storage that can be used to keep other things.
This particular Toyota Fortuner lounge also gets a privacy partition that separates the driver and co-driver from the rear seat occupants. Most likely, DC2 has added an intercom system so that the driver and rear occupants can communicate during the ride. Another major highlight of this cabin is the 43-inch smart TV, which offers different video and audio streaming applications.
In addition to these amenities, DC2 has also given the roof of this particular Fortuner a Rolls-Royce-like starlight headliner, a number of direct and indirect lights, including ambient lights and others. Overall, this two-captain-seat layout replaces the middle and rear bench seats. However, it makes up for it with the offering of an extremely luxurious feel.
The company has not revealed the exact cost of this particular Fortuner lounge setup. However, it has been reported that such custom lounge setups cost anywhere in the range of Rs 7.5 lakh to Rs 13.5 lakh. The cost depends on the list of amenities chosen by the client, and each setup differs due to individual choices made by clients.
Such modifications are generally opted for by people who have to travel a lot and need a calm and relaxing space where they can work as well as take rest during longer journeys.
