Toyota Innova Crysta is a popular MPV in India, and in most cases, we have seen people drive these cars without any issues for over 2 lakh kms. Innovas are known for their reliability and are the major reason why many of those who own one don’t really want to sell it. They often go for customisations and modifications to give the Innova a new look. DC2, which was formerly known as DC Design, has customised many such cars in the past, and here we have a video where an Innova Crysta’s cabin has been converted into a premium lounge.

The video has been shared by DC2 Dilip Chhabria on their YouTube channel. The video showcases a custom-built Toyota Innova Crysta. The exterior of the MPV has been modified with an aftermarket Alphard-type grille. The bumper on this MPV is also different, and it comes with boomerang-shaped dual-function LED DRLs. There is a lower lip on the front bumper, and it also gets aftermarket tail lamps with an LED connecting bar and a modified bumper.

Moving in, the three-row MPV has been customised into a 4-seater vehicle. The second and third-row seats have been removed and replaced with two 24-inch recliners. The seats are all finished in an orange shade, which looks different.

The flooring on this MPV has been redone and it looks wooden. We also see underfloor storage which is used to keep the glasses for drinks. There is a 7-litre chiller placed in the gap between the front seats. The recliner seats also come with calf support. The recliners also offer heating and ventilation features along with a massage function for utmost comfort.

The rear passengers' windows come with electronic drapes, and there is a folding tray table that is neatly integrated with the doors. The roof liner on this Innova Crysta has been redone and now comes with a Rolls Royce-like starlit roof.

Unlike many projects that we have seen in the past, there is no partition between the driver and the passenger cabin. The entertainment screens are actually two 14-inch Android screens that are placed between the driver and co-driver seat.

The driver cabin doesn’t see any changes except for the bright orange seat covers. Apart from this, the Innova Crysta also gets reading lamps, a premium speaker system, ambient lights, faux wooden panel inserts on the door and other panels, aluminium inserts on the grab handle, and so on.

The finished product looks extremely premium, and it is definitely a comfortable option for those who love to be driven around in comfort.

The cabin has been completely transformed, and it does look like an executive lounge. This is not the first time DC2 has done something like this. We have seen Innovas being customised, and the price for these modifications completely depends on the customer’s budget.

DC2 does offer a standard package, which would easily cost you in lakhs. However, if the customer wishes to make any changes or customisations to the standard version, DC2 does that too and will charge you more for the same.
