Toyota Innova Type 2 Gets Beautiful Lexus-Style Transformation [Video]
When it comes to the conversion of old to new shape conversion of the Toyota Innova, the aftermarket automotive shop Autorounders has done numerous. The company recently, for a while now, was not sharing any new videos of Toyota Innova old to new conversion. However, recently, an all-new video showing a conversion of a Toyota Innova type 2 into a custom Lexus type has been shared online.
This video showing the Toyota Innova type 2 to Lexus has been shared on Autorounders' official channel. For those who may not be aware, Autorounders is one of the most popular aftermarket body shops, which specializes in paint work and old to new shape conversions. They have shops located in Mumbai, Pune, Mira Bhayandar, Hyderabad, and Thane.

In this video, the owner of Autorounders starts by mentioning that over the last few months, they have been receiving numerous comments. He explained that many people have been asking them if they stopped working on old generation Innovas. The owner then answers that they have not stopped conversions of old to new Innovas.
Rather, they have just not been uploading the conversions of Innovas as it was getting repetitive. He then added that they are the “Innova Kings” of India and have been working on numerous projects. Autorounders' owners also highlighted that they are currently developing another new design for their in-house Lexus kit for the Innova, which will soon be made available across all of their shops.
Following this clarification, he starts talking about the latest project which they have done in their Mumbai workshop. He then highlights that this particular Innova had come to their shop all the way from Gujarat, and the owner wanted to get this type 2 model converted into a Lexus kit Innova.
He explains that they have two types of Lexus kits – the first is their in-house kit, and the other one is an imported Lexus kit. This particular customer has opted for the imported kit. Along with the exterior, the owner of this Innova has also opted for a custom interior as well. After giving the introduction, the video shows the technicians disassembling the Innova.
Soon after, this vehicle is seen getting ready for paint, and finally it goes into the paint booth. The owner in the video highlights that they are painting this Innova in a beautiful metallic shade of green, which actually belongs to the Lamborghini Urus. After this, the video shows the complete spraying process of this paint and finally the complete assembly.

The owner of the shop in the video then highlights that they have added new front fenders, new front bumper, Lexus-styled massive grille, and a set of 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. Apart from these, this MPV has also been given aftermarket LED projector headlights, taillights, premium custom interior, custom-made door panels, and an Android touchscreen infotainment system.
It also gets a 360-degree camera, GR steering wheel, and a music system with woofer and amplifier. Overall, this vehicle looks like a brand-new model and has been given a ton of premium upgrades, which have elevated the appeal of this old type 2 Innova.
