However, recently, a few images have been shared online in which a man and his wife took delivery of a Land Cruiser LC300 and a Fortuner Leader on the same day.

These images, showing the double delivery of the Land Cruiser LC300 and Fortuner, have been shared on Instagram by Dharmendra Yadav Basti on their page. In these images, the man named Tej Pratap Singh, a political figure and a real estate developer from Basti, Uttar Pradesh, is seen taking delivery of his Land Cruiser LC300. Accompanying him was his wife, who was standing next to him.
In the second picture, we can note that both husband and wife were holding a bouquet in their hands. However, the vehicle in the background was not the LC300; rather, it was a Fortuner Leader Edition. This is probably the only time that anyone has bought both the Land Cruiser LC300 and Fortuner Leader Edition at the same time, on the same day, next to each other.
The delivery video of these two SUVs has also been shared on Instagram by Singh. In this video, the businessman can be seen inside the Toyota dealership with his wife, friends, and family. He and his wife first cut a cake to celebrate this special moment and then had the keys handed over to them.
They then took the keys of the Fortuner Leader Edition. Singh was then seen driving the LC300, and his wife was seen beside him in it. Meanwhile, the Fortuner Leader Edition was being driven by someone close to the businessman. Both of these SUVs then reached their home.

As mentioned, the name of the man in the picture who bought both of these Toyota SUVs on the same day is Tej Pratap Singh. He is the CEO of Maa Aadi Shakti Infrabuild India Pvt. Ltd. Singh is a resident of Basti, Uttar Pradesh.
Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 and Fortuner Leader
The Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 is currently the flagship SUV of the brand, and it is priced at Rs 2.31 crore for the ZX variant. There is also a new variant, the GR-S, priced at Rs 2.41 crore. This beastly SUV is powered by a 3.3-liter V6 turbo diesel engine. It is capable of producing a maximum power of 309 PS and 700 Nm of peak torque.
On the other hand, the Toyota Fortuner Leader Edition is priced at Rs 37.28 lakh for the manual variant and Rs 39.56 lakh for the automatic variant. Both SUVs come equipped with the same blacked-out roof, alloy wheels, and some other cosmetic upgrades. The powertrain is the same as the standard model, which is a 2.8-litre diesel engine making 201 bhp and 420 Nm of torque.
