Social Media Influencer Does The 'Aura Farming' Dance On Moving Rolls Royce's Bonnet [Video]

The Aura farming trend has been going viral on the internet. A kid from Indonesia went viral for his "aura farming" video during a traditional boat race. Ever since then, we have been seeing people on social media imitate the kid in their own way. While some of them did this on boats, others did the same on cars - not just any cars, but expensive ones.
Here we have one such video where a social media influencer is seen doing the aura farming trend while sitting on the bonnet of a Rolls-Royce Phantom.
The video has been shared by Chandana Narayanswamy on her Instagram page. She is an Instagram influencer who posts lifestyle and fashion-related content online. In this video, we see Chandana sitting on the bonnet of a Rolls-Royce Phantom luxury sedan.
The car seen here is registered in Maharashtra, and it looks like she got her photoshoot done in Karnataka. The car was probably rented by the influencer for this particular occasion. In the video, we see her sitting on the bonnet of the Phantom while the car is moving forward.
She is seen trying to imitate the dance moves of the Indonesian kid in the original video. It looks like the car is inside private property and not on a public road. This is actually a relief. Also, she is not standing on the bonnet.
We do not see any comments under this video. We are not sure if the comment section has been turned off because she knew that people might criticise her for the stunt. We really appreciate the fact that she was not standing on the bonnet of the car, as it is extremely dangerous. The chances of losing control and falling onto the road are pretty high.
She is not the only influencer who has been seen doing such stunts for the sake of publicity on the internet. Before her, there was another video on social media featuring Rashi Singh, an Indian film actress who works in the Telugu film industry. She also did the same stunt on a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG. She had posted the video with a caption asking people not to imitate it. After the video went viral, people trolled her, and the actress made another post related to the same.
Apart from this, another woman was seen standing on the bonnet of a Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan as part of the same trend. She actually fell on the bonnet when her friend applied the brakes. They were doing this on a public road, and it soon went viral.
Concerned authorities were notified about this stunt, and they took action in the matter. The cops located the car, and both individuals were detained. A criminal offence was registered against them. They have been booked under relevant sections of the BNS and Motor Vehicles Act.
Doing such dangerous stunts can be harmful to you as well as to other road users. Many people do not understand -or rather never learn - even from the mistakes that others make. Such stunts on public roads can easily distract other motorists and could lead to accidents.
