Vivek Oberoi has also managed to enter the already competitive Dubai real estate market. He is the co-founder of BnW Real Estate Developments, which has launched a number of massive projects in Dubai. Their most premium project is Aqua Arc, a ₹2,300 crore ultra-luxury project located on Al Marjan Island near the upcoming world’s largest Wynn Casino.
He has also managed to grow his money made from multiple business ventures by diversifying into equities, private equity, and real estate. The Bollywood star, in his early days, also ventured into stock trading and made a good chunk of money. Reportedly, his current net worth stands at around ₹1,200 crore.
Gifted a Rolls Royce Cullinan to His Father
The actor, due to all of his business achievements and high net worth, has managed to gift his father, Suresh Oberoi, a Rolls Royce Cullinan. Vivek Oberoi has chosen the classy shade of Nardo Grey for his father’s Cullinan. He recently shared a video of him taking delivery of this new luxury SUV worth ₹10 crore at his residence in Dubai with his father, mother, and wife.
The Rolls Royce Cullinan gifted by Vivek Oberoi comes equipped with a massive 6.8-litre V12 twin-turbocharged petrol engine. The engine is capable of producing 560 bhp and 850 Nm of peak torque. It gets an 8-speed automatic transmission and also comes with a 4WD system as standard. The Cullinan also gets four-wheel steering.
