Yohan Poonawalla's 'Weekend Wheels' Convoy: 22-Crore Rupee Rolls Royce, Bentleys, And A Ferrari
Billionaire businessman Yohan Poonawalla is known for his passion for speed and luxury. He owns several high-end cars including the most expensive car in India- a Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII EWB. The chairman and managing director of Poonawalla Engineering Group also owns models like the Lamborghini Gallardo SE, Bentley Flying Spur W12 Speed, Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta, Portofino, F12 Berlinetta, 488 Pista, and more. A set of pictures shared on ‘Automobili Ardent India’ shows some of these cars driving together, forming a multi-crore convoy.

We learn from the caption that these cars were heading to Mumbai. The convoy has the Red Bentley Flying Spur W12 Speed, Ferrari 488 Pista, and the 22-Crore Phantom VIII EWB driving in the front row. Behind them, a White Bentley Continental and an older-generation Phantom can also be seen.
Poonawalla bought the newest Phantom VIII EWB in April this year. It is, in fact, the 22nd Rolls-Royce that he has owned. The entrepreneur reportedly paid a whopping 22 crore rupees for this car. Launched in India in 2018, the Rolls Royce Phantom VIII EWB has an ex-showroom price of 9.5 Crores, before options. This means that Poonawalla’s car could probably be the most specced Rolls-Royce in the country now.
This custom-ordered Phantom VIII EWB wears the classy Bohemian Red shade. It has a solid gold Spirit of Ecstasy and 22-inch brushed silver dish plate alloy wheels.

The third car, the Continental Flying Spur W12 Speed comes with a 6.0-liter W12 turbocharged engine that produces 635PS and 900 Nm, 0-100kph is done in just 3.8 seconds. The Phantom and Bentley, following this trio fall no short in luxury and appeal.
