Calf Stuck Under Mahindra Thar ROXX: Kind People Rescue It [Video]
One of the most common things which we see in India is stray dogs, cows, and other animals on the road. A lot of times, these animals seek shelter underneath cars and bigger four-wheelers. Unfortunately, sometimes they get stuck or even get crushed by the vehicle after their drivers move them due to unawareness. Recently, a video has been shared online in which a young calf got stuck under a Mahindra Thar ROXX, but thanks to the kind-hearted people, it was helped and rescued.
Young calf stuck under Mahindra Thar ROXX
The video showing a young calf escaping after getting stuck under a Mahindra Thar ROXX has been shared on Instagram. It comes courtesy of Pan.Xo on their page. In this short video, we can note that there is a Mahindra Thar ROXX which is parked on the side of the road, and just in front of it is a cow, and there are a few men around this SUV looking underneath it.
Soon after, we can note that there is a very young cow which is underneath the front left tire of this Thar ROXX. It can be observed that the cow came to check on the young calf, and the people around the SUV were guiding the driver on how to let this calf escape. In the video, we can see that there are three bricks which have been placed right in front of the front left wheel.
The driver was then guided by the people on the road to slowly drive the vehicle on these bricks, following which the driver attempts to drive over the bricks. However, the first time he tries, it does not go over them. So he tries for the second time, and this time around the tyre gets over the bricks. Soon after this, the young calf escapes and can be seen that it was completely unhurt.
Always check before driving in the morning
Generally, stray animals seek shelter underneath cars and other four-wheelers during the night. So it is advised to all drivers that before driving off the vehicle in the morning, the underneath of the vehicle must be checked to see if there is any animal present or not. This makes sure that they do not get crushed accidentally.
Mahindra Scorpio flips after avoiding hitting a cow
As mentioned, stray cows on Indian roads are extremely common, and a lot of times, in order to save them, people get involved in serious accidents. A little while ago, a video became viral online in which a Mahindra Scorpio was seen getting flipped on its left side trying to avoid hitting a cow that was standing in the middle of the highway.
In this short clip, we can note there is a cow standing on the highway, and a speeding Mahindra Scorpio tries to avert the hit by turning the vehicle to the right side. However, after the cow was saved, the driver tried turning it towards the left side, which unfortunately, due to the high speed, caused the vehicle to flip on the left side and drag on the highway.
This particular Scorpio continued getting dragged on one side for around 100 feet before stopping in front of a dhaba. As per the reports, this incident took place on the National Highway 46 in Madhya Pradesh. Thankfully, none of the occupants in the Scorpio suffered from any serious injuries.
