Rajesh Rawani, the truck-driver-turned-creator from Jharkhand, has a massive following on content platforms like Instagram and YouTube. His content revolves around trucking and building/ modifying these vehicles. Occasionally, we have seen him drive fast cars and SUVs, as well. He owns a Mahindra Scorpio-N and has also shared videos of embarking on a road trip in it. If you have been following Rawani on YouTube, you’d know that he is currently building what he calls ‘India’s most luxurious truck’. Several videos of it being built are already live on the channel. In one of the recent ones, we see an expensive air suspension seat being bought for the vehicle.

The Video

It opens by showing the truck being painted. The host explains the changes that are being done to it. It seems to be getting a dual-tone White and Blue colour scheme. He also explains the various other changes that are being made to the bodywork to enhance practicality and safety.

In the second half of the video, we get our first view of the air suspension seat that Rawani has bought for his vehicle. Look closely, and you will notice a Bharat Benz logo on it. The video’s thumbnail says the cost to be Rs 100,000. However, used units sell for about Rs 25,000.

The host then gives us a detailed look at the seat. There is an integrated seat belt with reminder. It has a single-piece design with an integrated headrest. This seat offers recline and height adjustment functions as well. You can also make the seat hard or soft depending on user preferences.

This seat comes with an integrated air suspension setup. It offers damping when the truck tackles potholes. Truck drivers often have to drive long distances continuously. Having the wrong seat can cause major discomfort and health issues to the driver.

Air suspension seats provide ample damping and keep the occupants comfortable. Many Bharat Benz models come equipped with these. This video, however, doesn’t show the installation process.

Rawani Buys Mahindra Scorpio-N Carbon Edition

Early this year, Rawani bought a Mahindra Scorpio-N 4x4 Carbon Edition. A video of the same was later shared on YouTube, which gained massive traction. The Carbon Edition, back then, had an ex-showroom price of Rs 21.72 lakh, for the 4WD variant. To give his SUV a more personal touch, Rawani even opted for a VIP number plate- JH 01 GD 7777. Though we don’t know the exact price, this purchase alone should have cost him lakhs.

For the uninformed, the Carbon Edition is a dark-themed special edition of the Scorpio-N that debuted in India in early 2025. The Scorpio-N Carbon is finished in Black and has Gloss-Black (18-inch) alloy wheels.

You’ll also see Black window garnish, Blacked-out roof rails, dark Chrome inserts, Black ORVMs and dark Grey skid plates on the front and rear bumpers. Inside, this edition gets an all-Black colour scheme instead of the regular SUV’s Black-Mocha Brown combination. The dashboard layout and feature lists remain untouched.

The Z8 variant of the Scorpio-N comes well-kitted. It offers the likes of a 7-inch digital driver’s display, an 8-inch touchscreen, single-pane sunroof, a wireless phone charger, a 6-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, auto AC, automatic headlights and wipers, and a 12-speaker Sony sound system.

It also excels on the safety front and comes equipped with six airbags, ESC, front and rear parking sensors, a rear parking camera, hill hold, driver drowsiness detection, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, all-wheel disc brakes, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and more.
