Hyundai will officially launch the 2024 Alcazar in the Indian market in the next couple of weeks. A few days ago, Hyundai revealed the exterior of the Alcazar facelift, and now we have official images from Hyundai that show how the interiors of the upcoming three-row SUV will look. Along with the official images, Hyundai has also opened bookings for the new Alcazar SUV.

Commenting on the bold new Hyundai Alcazar design, Mr. Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai Motor India Limited, said, “The bold new Hyundai Alcazar has been meticulously crafted, offering robust design and comfort. With its commanding presence characterized by a bolder, taller, and wider stance, the bold new Hyundai Alcazar radiates grandeur and sophistication. The premium SUV now offers enhanced seat comfort and a splendid cabin, ensuring an unparalleled experience for passengers. The bold new Hyundai Alcazar stands out as an ideal choice for city commuters or long journeys.”

The newly released images show how the interior of the Alcazar will look. Just like the outgoing model, the interiors are finished in a beautiful brown and black dual-tone shade. The SUV looks extremely premium in this shade. In the pictures, we see the dashboard with twin 12.5-inch screens.

One of them is the touchscreen infotainment system, while the other is the fully digital instrument cluster. We also see a leather-wrapped dual-tone steering wheel with a flat bottom. The design of the dashboard is similar to the current version of the Creta. We see a digital display on the center console, which is for the automatic climate control.

The brown shade on the dashboard and upholstery looks slightly different from the outgoing model. Hyundai is calling it the Noble Brown and Haze Navy color scheme. A new trendy horizontal ventilation architecture and quilted seat pattern details add to the sophisticated and plush feel of the cabin.

Hyundai will continue to offer the Alcazar in both 6- and 7-seater variants. The 6-seater version of the Hyundai Alcazar will get captain seats in the second row with enhanced cushioning, bolstering, and a folding armrest. This means there will be enough gap between the seats to easily access the third-row seat. On the other hand, the 7-seater variant offers a seat tumble mechanism for easy ingress/egress to the third row, along with improved seat cushioning and support, enhancing overall space, comfort, and convenience for long journeys.

The Hyundai Alcazar will continue to offer premium features like electrically adjustable driver and co-passenger seats, seat ventilation, rear AC vents, connected car features, Bose premium audio system, panoramic sunroof, and more. All these features add to the premium feel and look of the car.

We already have exterior images of the Alcazar and know that the SUV will get a Creta-inspired exterior with a wide front grille, H-shaped LED DRLs, distinctive quad-beam LED headlamps, muscular front skid plate, dark chrome finish on the grille, 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, all-LED tail lamps with a signature connected LED bar, and a clear lens design of the tailgate with the Alcazar badge under the glass.

The Alcazar will continue to offer petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol engine is a 1.5-liter turbo unit that generates 160 PS and 253 Nm of torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT gearbox option. The diesel engine in the Alcazar is also a 1.5-liter turbocharged unit that generates 115 PS and 250 Nm of peak torque. This engine is also available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission option. The official launch of the SUV is set to happen on September 9.
