2024 Hyundai Creta Knight Edition S(O) Variant – Detailed Walkaround Video

Hyundai Motor India recently launched the all-new Creta Knight Edition in India. This time around, the new Knight Edition of the Creta has been launched in two variants, namely S (O) and SX (O). Recently, an in-depth walkaround video showing the new Creta Knight Edition S (O) has been shared online. The vlogger in this video shows the new Knight Edition model in detail from the outside as well as the inside.
The in-depth walkaround video of the Hyundai Creta Knight Edition S (O) has been shared on YouTube. It comes courtesy of Bhaiya Ji Gadi on their page. The vlogger starts the detailed video by talking about the trims being offered for the 2024 Creta Knight. He states that with the facelift, the company is offering the Knight Edition in the S (O) and SX (O) trims.
As for the pricing, the standard Creta S (O) and SX (O) are priced at Rs 14.35 lakh and Rs 17.27 lakh, respectively. On the other hand, the Creta Knight Edition S (O) and SX (O) have been launched at Rs 14.5 lakh and Rs 17.42 lakh. Both of these trims command a Rs 15,000 premium over their standard iterations.
The company is also offering the Creta Knight Edition in Titan Grey color as well. For this, it will be charging Rs 5,000 extra. Apart from this, there is also an offering of a dual-tone trim which bumps the price by Rs 15,000.
After talking about the pricing of the Creta Knight Edition, the vlogger then starts showing the exterior design of the model. First off, he shows the front-end design of this SUV. He mentions that to differentiate it from the standard variants, the company has completely blacked out the front grille.
It has also given a matte black treatment to the Hyundai logo that sits front and center of the grille. Apart from this, the front skid plate, which comes in silver on standard models, has been finished in gloss black. It can be noted that the rest of the front of this SUV looks the same with its connected LED DRLs and dual vertically stacked LED headlights.
Next up, the vlogger heads to the side profile of the Creta Knight Edition. He states that the most prominent change on the side profile is the addition of gloss black 17-inch alloy wheels. Also, the company offers the front brake calipers finished in red. However, for some reason, it does not offer the same red color on the rear brake calipers.
After this, the vlogger shows the roof rails, door handles, and all the other trim pieces. He mentions that they are also finished in gloss and matte black, which adds to the blacked-out appearance of this popular mid-size SUV. Coming to the rear of the car, it gets the same black treatment on the badges and the rear skid plate.
Following the complete walkaround of the exterior of the Creta Knight Edition, the vlogger then moves to the interior of the SUV. He starts by showing and mentioning that the major difference is the color scheme. Unlike the standard variants, which come with a dual-tone scheme.
For the Knight Edition, Hyundai has given a completely black leatherette interior. This includes all the seats, the steering wheel, and the gear knob finished in black leather. It also gets dark chrome elements throughout the cabin, which add to the premiumness of this mid-size SUV.
This particular variant, as mentioned, is the S (O) variant, which means that it comes with a smaller 8-inch touchscreen infotainment screen. However, it still gets the same 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster. It also gets dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, cruise control, along with a start-stop button.
Finally, the vlogger opens the bonnet and shows the engine of this Creta Knight Edition. This S (O) is equipped with the 1.5-litre MPFI naturally aspirated petrol engine. It makes 113 bhp of power and 144 Nm of torque. This engine comes with a six-speed manual as well as a CVT gearbox option.
On the other hand, the company also offers the 1.5-litre diesel engine option with the Knight Edition as well. This motor also generates 113 bhp but makes significantly more torque — 250 Nm. The diesel mill comes with the options of a six-speed manual as well as a six-speed automatic gearbox.
