All New Hyundai Venue And Venue N-Line Compact SUVs Spotted Testing In India

The South Korean automotive giant Hyundai Motor India Limited is gearing up for the launch of the all-new second-generation Venue in India. So far, the company has only launched a few facelifted iterations. However, this time around, the company will be giving this popular sub-compact SUV a much-needed design update. Recently, a few test mules of the upcoming new Hyundai Venue were spotted in a mall. These mules included standard as well as N-Line variants.
As stated above, the few images which have been shared are of the second-generation Venue's standard variants. However, a few images show the details of the Venue N-Line variant as well, which most likely will be launched separately after the launch of the standard model in India. Most likely, the new-generation Venue will be launched by October of this year around the festive season.
From the spy images, we can note that the front of the Hyundai Venue is different from the standard model. The main difference is the front grille. While the standard model will be getting 15 hollow rectangular elements and an updated front bumper, the N-Line variant will be getting a more unique grille with circle and hexagon elements and will be finished in brushed silver.
Apart from these, the front bumper will most likely also be more aggressive like the N-Line variants of Hyundai cars. What will remain the same will most likely be the C-shaped LED DRLs and vertically stacked LED headlights. There will also be a connecting LED light bar in the middle as well, which ties it with the new Creta, as well as the Alcazar and Verna.
There will also be an ADAS Level 2 radar sensor on the front as well. Moving to the side profile, the overall silhouette of the standard model and the N-Line model will remain the same. However, the N-Line variant will be getting a more sporty-looking diamond-cut alloy wheel set, which will also get an aerodynamic design. Both will get integrated roof rails as well.
As for the rear, both variants have been concealed very tightly by the company. So, not much is visible, but both variants will get connected LED taillights, and the N-Line variant will get two additional exhaust ports on the right side. The N-Line variant’s rear bumper will also look much more aggressive than the standard model.
At the moment, there are no spy images of the interior of the upcoming Venue and Venue N-Line. However, most likely, the new model will get a dual 10.25-inch connected touchscreen infotainment system and digital instrument gauge cluster setup. We can expect features such as wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, automatic climate control, ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, and many others.
In terms of the powertrain options, Hyundai will most likely be offering the same engine options as the current model. These will include a 1.0 turbo-petrol, 1.5 diesel, and 1.2 NA petrol engine options. As for the pricing, expect to see a slight bump over the current model’s price of Rs 7.94 lakh to Rs 13.62 lakh due to numerous feature additions.
