Newly Launched 2025 Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Delta CNG Variant In A Detailed Walkaround Video

With petrol prices going up and diesel engines being discontinued, Maruti Suzuki is betting big on CNGs. The company currently offers a number of its vehicles with CNG drivetrains, and recently it has updated its popular mid-size SUV, the Grand Vitara, and its CNG variants. Recently, a video giving an in-depth walkaround of the new 2025 Grand Vitara Delta CNG variant has been shared online.

2025 Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Delta CNG walkaround

This video of the 2025 Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Delta CNG has been shared on YouTube by Car Spar on their channel. It starts off with the vlogger highlighting that the vehicle in front is the Grand Vitara Delta CNG variant. He mentions that the company has now discontinued the Sigma CNG variant, which used to be the base CNG model.

Following this, he states that the Grand Vitara Delta CNG variant is priced at Rs 13.48 lakh (ex-showroom), and it is now the base CNG variant which buyers can choose. Apart from this variant, the company only offers the CNG drivetrain with the Zeta CNG variant, which is priced at Rs 15.62 lakh (ex-showroom).

CNG powertrain details

After talking about the pricing, the vlogger shows the CNG powertrain of the Grand Vitara Delta CNG. He mentions that this mid-size SUV continues to get the same K15C, four-cylinder engine, which is capable of producing 87 bhp and 121.5 Nm of torque. As for the mileage, the CNG version offers 26.6 km/kg. As for the standard petrol engine, it offers 18 kmpl mileage.

Exterior design

The vlogger then starts giving a detailed walkaround of the exterior of this SUV. Starting at the front, the vlogger highlights that the 2025 model looks almost exactly the same as last year's model. It still gets the same front grille with chrome surrounds, the same LED DRLs with turn indicators, and the projector headlights are also the same.

Moving on to the side profile, he mentions that, being the base CNG variant, it only gets 17-inch steel wheels. However, it does come with disc brakes on all four corners. As for the main highlight, the 2025 Grand Vitara Delta CNG now gets silver integrated roof rails, a shark fin antenna, and request sensors on the doors.

As for the rear end, it gets the same connected LED taillights, four parking sensors, and halogen turn indicators and reverse lights. During the rear walkaround, the vlogger also shows the rear boot where the CNG tank is placed underneath an insulated cover. He also shows the CNG filling nozzle placed right next to the petrol filling point. The vlogger also mentions that the new 2025 Grand Vitara Delta CNG misses out on a spare wheel.

Interior updates

Following the exterior, the vlogger starts showing the interior of the Grand Vitara. It comes equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, TPMS, automatic climate control, driver seat with height adjustment, all four power windows, electrically adjustable and opening ORVMs, and an analogue instrument gauge cluster with a small MID in between.

Other highlights include wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The vlogger adds that the new 2025 Grand Vitara Delta CNG now comes with six airbags as standard.
