The Kiger and Triber are two important products for Renault India. The Kiger is their flagship model while the Triber still ranks as one of the most affordable MPVs in the country. The latest update adds more features and technology to these vehicles and has increased their appeal. The prices of both 2025 Renault Kiger and Triber start at 6.09 lakh, ex-showroom.

Renault now offers more equipment and features as standard on the base and mid variants. The new Kiger gets power windows starting from its base RXE variant. Previously, it used to get just two power windows on the entry-spec variant. The RXE variant gets central locking. The mid-variant- RXL- now comes with an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and steering-mounted controls.

The RXT (O) now gets ‘Flex’ wheel covers for the steel wheels. These tend to mimic the design of alloy wheels. It is powered by the 1-litre turbocharged engine. It comes mated to a CVT automatic transmission. The automatic variant is priced at 9.99 lakh- still an aggressive quote for what it packs. The top-spec RXZ turbo variant now gets remote engine start function. This is done via the carmaker’s smart access card. It costs 10.99 lakh before taxes.

A 5-speed manual gearbox comes standard while a CVT automatic can be had on the 1.0L turbo variant. On the automatic variants, the torque output gets reduced to 152 Nm.
