2025 Renault Triber Compact MPV Facelift: Variants Explained

The French automaker Renault India has finally launched the newly facelifted Triber MPV in India with a price tag of Rs 6.29 lakh. This popular affordable MPV was long due for an extensive facelift, and the company has now given it that refresh and has also rejigged the variant lineup. Today, we'll be explaining to you the details of each variant and what will be offered. So, without any delay, let's jump right into it.
Before going into the variant-wise details of the 2025 Renault Triber, it has to be mentioned that this MPV is being offered with a single powertrain option. It gets a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine making 72 PS of power and 96 Nm of torque.
As for the transmission, the 5-speed manual gearbox is standard across the range, and only the top-of-the-line Emotion variant gets the 5-speed AMT gearbox option. A dealer-level retrofit CNG option is expected in the near future. Also, 21 safety features are standard across all variants.
Starting off with the base Authentic variant, on the outside, it will come with projector headlights, body-colored bumpers, 14-inch alloy wheels with covers, and manual ORVMs. As for the color options, it is being offered in three colors, namely Ice Cool White, Moonlight Silver, and Stealth Black.
On the inside, the base variant will miss out on an infotainment system. It, however, will get an LED digital instrument gauge cluster, a manual air conditioning system, remote central locking, and a 12V power socket. Other features include removable 3rd-row seats, a 2nd row with slide, fold, recline, and tumble functions, black upholstery, an LED cabin light, and power windows.
Moving on to the safety features, as stated, 21 safety features are standard across all models. Some of these include 6 airbags, hill start assist, electronic stability program, traction control system, front parking sensors, rear parking sensors, tyre pressure monitoring system, EBD with brake assist, ABS, and follow-me-home headlights.
Sitting above the base Authentic variant is the Evolution variant. Priced at Rs 7.24 lakh, there are a number of additional features over the base variant.
In terms of technology and comfort, the Evolution variant gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a rearview camera, 4 speakers, and grab handles for 2nd- and 3rd-row seats. As for the color options, it gets additional Zanskar Blue and Shadow Grey options.
Making a bigger jump in terms of features, the Techno variant, priced at Rs 7.99 lakh, sits above the Evolution variant. On the outside, this second-top variant gets 15-inch steel wheels with covers, LED taillights, chrome bumper accents, door decals, black outside door handles, power-adjustable ORVMs, and functional roof rails that can support weight up to 50 kgs. It also gets a sixth Amber Terracotta color option as well.
On the inside, the Techno variant gets a centre console with cooled storage, steering-mounted controls, Suave black and greige woven upholstery, an upper glove box, chrome AC controls, a silver finish on interior door handles, a day-and-night IRVM, a 12V power socket in the 2nd row, rear seat lighting, and a rear washer and wiper.
The top-of-the-line Emotion variant of the Triber facelift gets LED projector headlights, LED DRLs, LED fog lights, dual-tone wheel covers, auto-folding ORVMs, dual-tone wheel covers, blacked-out B and C pillars, and auto headlamps with a follow-me-home function. As for the colors, it gets six standard colors with three dual-tone paint options.
These include Amber Terracotta with Mystery Black roof, Shadow Grey with Mystery Black roof, and lastly Ice Cool White with Mystery Black roof. In terms of the interior feature upgrades, it gets a 7-inch TFT instrument gauge cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, and a cooled lower glovebox.
Other notable highlights include a push start-stop button, 2 tweeters in addition to four speakers, a 12V socket for the 3rd row, auto wipers, a rear defogger, and cruise control. As stated, the top-of-the-line Emotion variant is the only one which gets the AMT gearbox option, and the premium for it is Rs 52,000.
