Renault has launched the 2025 Triber in the Indian market. The updated MPV comes with a bunch of cosmetic changes and feature additions. It starts at Rs 6.29 lakh, ex-showroom and goes up to 8.64 lakh rupees for the top-spec. Here are more images of the updated Triber.

2025 Renault Triber: Design Changes

The design seems to be a tasteful evolution of the one on the previous car. It now stands closer to the design ethos followed by global Renault models. This is particularly visible at the front. The front fascia has been thoroughly restyled. It now gets reprofiled LED headlamps. These now get mini projectors inside, and look modern. You can also see LED DRLs at the front.

Another major change is the grille design. Unlike the previous model which used to come with a rather modest setup, the new Triber gets a stylish Gloss Black grille with angular slats. The level of detailing on this grille is impressive.

Renault's new 'diamond-like' logo sits at the centre of the grille. It looks like a minimalist, interlocked diamond. This visual identity is part of the 'Renault. Rethink' initiative. The 2025 Triber is the first vehicle to get this logo. This logo will also find a place on future Renault models like the upcoming Duster and the Boreal.

The front bumper has also been redesigned. It now houses a larger air intake and has restyled fog lamps. Touches of Black can also be found on the bumper. These extend to the sides and the rear as well.

When it comes to the side design, a lot of similarities can be found with the previous Triber. A prominent difference can be noticed in the wheel design. Renault has given new Flex-wheels on the new vehicle. These are basically wheel covers that are placed on Steel wheels.

The rear design has been tweaked as well. The 'Triber’ lettering now gets a new font. The LED tail lamps have a dark theme to them. A Black strip can also be seen on the tailgate. The rear bumper design is also new, and gets Black trims.

Another big change is in the colour palette. The previous Triber used to offer five colour options. The new car comes in nine colours, three of which are dual-tones.

Interior Changes

To stay competitive in the game, the updated Triber gets noteworthy changes to its cabin design and feature list. It gets a dual-tone 'Black and Greige' colour theme. The dashboard layout and design have been revised. Furthermore, the vehicle comes with fabric upholstery.

Another major attraction inside is the large 8-inch floating touchscreen. This seems to be the same unit that's offered on the Kiger. The touchscreen comes with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity.

The seating layout remains identical to that of the previous model. It is a seven seater with a removable third row. The rear occupants get dedicated AC vents.

Other features include cruise control, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, front parking sensors, keyless entry with push-button start, steering-mounted audio controls, wireless charger, 7-inch driver display, and more.

It continues to come with ABS with EBD, ESC, 6 airbags, rear parking camera with sensors, hill start assist, and a tyre pressure monitoring system.

The previous Triber scored 4-star rating for adult occupant protection and a 3-star rating for child occupant protection in the crash tests conducted by Global NCAP in 2021. Under the updated protocols, however, it could score only 2-star rating for both adult and child occupant protection.

No Mechanical Changes

The new Triber gets no mechanical changes. Renault hasn't given it the long-rumoured turbocharged petrol engine. It continues to be underpinned by the CMF-A platform, and powered by the familiar 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. The output here is 72 PS and 96 Nm. Both a manual and 5-speed AMT transmissions are offered. The carmaker also has a CNG retrofit kit on sale, which is in fact, a dealer-level fitment.
