2025 Renault Triber Facelift Base Variant On Video: India's Most Affordable 7 Seater

The French automaker Renault recently launched the new facelifted iteration of the Triber, which is one of the most affordable seven-seater MPVs in India. This particular MPV is aimed at budget MPV buyers, and recently a video giving a detailed walkaround of this MPV was shared online. In the video, the host shows the complete exterior and interior design of the new Renault Triber facelift’s base variant.
The video giving the detailed walkaround of the new 2025 Renault Triber facelift has been shared on YouTube by Fuel Injected on their channel. It starts off with the vlogger mentioning that this is the base Authentic variant of the Triber facelift, and it starts at Rs 6.3 lakh (ex-showroom). He then adds that he recommends people buy the second base variant, which is the Evolution, that costs Rs 95,000 more.
Following the pricing of the new Triber, the host starts talking about the exterior design. He starts by showing the front fascia of this MPV, which now gets Renault’s brand-new logo that looks very premium. He adds that it also gets a glossy black grille with slits. As for the headlights, it comes with halogen projector headlights, which add a premium touch. The base variant does not get any fog lamps or silver garnishing.
Moving on to the side profile, the Renault Triber facelift looks almost exactly the same as before. It gets chunky side claddings, 14-inch steel wheels with a central cap, black-colored pull-type door handles, and ORVMs, which are also finished in matte black.
Following the side, the host then moves to the rear of this SUV. The new 2025 Triber facelift comes with the new Renault logo, halogen taillights, and a black bumper. There is a glossy black element on the tailgate. Also, even the base variant comes with parking sensors. Sadly, there is no reverse camera or rear wiper, washer, or defogger.
After giving a detailed tour of the exterior of the Renault Triber facelift, the host shows the cabin of this SUV. The main highlight of this MPV is the offering of third-row seats. He mentions that if there is no need for the last row of seats, they can be removed and kept at home as well.
Following this, he shows the middle-row seats and mentions that it comes with all four power windows. The host adds that, being the base variant, it does not come with any speakers, tweeters, or infotainment system. It only gets air conditioning and a semi-digital instrument gauge cluster.
The vlogger mentions that the 2025 Renault Triber is powered by a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine. It is capable of producing 72 PS and 96 Nm of torque. He then adds that the lower variants only come with a 5-speed manual gearbox, and only the top-of-the-line variant comes with an automatic gearbox option.
Currently, the Renault Triber is the most affordable seven-seater MPV in India. For the same price at the moment, there are only hatchbacks in the market. So, if you are someone who is looking to buy an MPV on a budget, as you have a bigger family to cater to, then the Renault Triber makes perfect sense.
