2025 Skoda Slavia Launched With Price Cut, More Features

The Czech automaker Škoda has been trying to increase its market share in India for quite some time now. So, in order to expedite this process, the company is now launching new models and making its popular models more affordable. Most recently, the company has launched the MY2025 Slavia, its mid-size sedan, in India. Now, what's special about the new 2025 Slavia is that it has been given a set of new features. However, instead of bumping up its price, the company has reduced it. The Slavia now starts at ₹10.34 lakh, which earlier was ₹10.69 lakh.

Škoda Slavia Features Increased, Prices Reduced

First off, let's talk about the pricing of the new 2025 Škoda Slavia. The base model last year was priced at ₹10.69 lakh. However, it is now priced at ₹10.34 lakh. Overall, there is a price reduction of up to ₹45,000, depending upon the variant. The pricing of the top-of-the-line Slavia variant is now ₹16.39 lakh (ex-showroom).

As for the features added to the Škoda Slavia, the mid-spec Signature variant now gets LED headlights and DRLs at the front. It also gets a single-pane electric sunroof and an auto-dimming IRVM. Additionally, it also gets the premium feature of rain-sensing wipers. Apart from these, mechanically, the 2025 Slavia remains exactly the same as the 2024 model.

It still comes with the 1.0-litre TSI three-cylinder petrol engine that makes 118 bhp and 178 Nm of torque. It also gets the same 1.5-litre TSI EVO engine, which makes 148 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. It offers three gearbox options: a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed torque converter automatic, and a DSG.

Škoda Slavia Variant-Wise Details

The Škoda Slavia is offered in five variants, namely Classic, Signature, Sportline, Monte Carlo, and Prestige.

The base Classic variant comes with halogen headlights, LED DRLs, electrically adjustable ORVMs, rear parking sensors, a 7-inch infotainment screen, fabric upholstery, a 4-speaker audio system, and auto start-stop. On the safety front, it gets ABS, ESC, EBD, traction control, six airbags, ISOFIX seat mounts, and a tyre pressure monitoring system.

Moving up the ladder, the Signature variant gets additional features, including 16-inch alloy wheels, ambient lighting, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, front and rear armrests, a 10-inch infotainment system, a 3.5-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, and an 8-speaker audio system. It also gets cruise control, remote engine start-stop, and a rear camera.

Moving on, the Sportline variant gets the more powerful 1.5-litre engine option, blacked-out styling elements, black LED headlights, DRLs and taillights, a sunroof, metal foot pedals, a connectivity dongle, rain-sensing wipers, and an auto-dimming IRVM.

Next up is the Monte Carlo Edition, which gets a gloss black front grille, 15-inch black alloy wheels, black badges, and accents on the outside. On the inside, this variant gets red and black dual-tone upholstery, ruby red metallic inserts, a Monte Carlo logo on the headrests, red and black leatherette seats, an 8-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, and a 10-inch infotainment screen.

Finally, the top-of-the-line Prestige variant gets features such as LED headlights, L-shaped DRLs, chrome trim on the windows and rear bumper, 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, an electric sunroof, full-LED interior lighting, an 8-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, ventilated front seats, electrically adjustable front seats, a wireless charger, and a premium Škoda Sound System with a subwoofer.
