Tata Tiago NRG Gets Updated For 2025 [Video]
The Tiago NRG is the more rugged version of the popular hatchback from Tata Motors. Recently, the company, along with unveiling new models, has also updated this lesser-known version of the Tiago. The 2025 Tata Tiago NRG now gets a ton of updates, which include the addition of a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a push start-stop button, a new illuminated steering wheel, and others. The company has recently shared a small TVC showing this newly updated model.

Exterior Design Updates
This video showing the updated Tata Tiago NRG has been shared on YouTube by Tata Motors Cars on their channel. It starts off with the exterior of the new 2025 Tata Tiago NRG. On the outside, the updated model gets a more rugged appearance, thanks to the bumper with a lot of matte black cladding and a faux silver skid plate.
It also gets a new grille. Additionally, the side claddings add to the rugged design. The new 2025 model-year Tiago NRG gets an infinity black roof with integrated roof rails as well.
It also gets a shark fin antenna, a muscular tailgate with a chunky faux skid plate, and thick black claddings. Additionally, the new model comes with 15-inch dual-tone hyperstyle alloy wheels.
Interior Updates
Now, moving on to the interior of the Tata Tiago NRG, the company has given this more off-road-ready model a complete charcoal black interior theme. The seats, dashboard, and all the other elements of the interior are now finished in black.
Other additions on the inside of the Tiago NRG include an illuminated logo-bearing two-spoke steering wheel, which is now seen on a number of other Tata Motors cars. The new Tata Tiago also comes equipped with a digital instrument gauge cluster, which provides the driver with all the important information regarding the vehicle.
As for comfort and convenience, Tata Motors has added a new floating 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system in the 2025 Tiago NRG. It also gets wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with an HD reverse camera. Other additions include a push start-stop button, auto-fold ORVMs, and a height-adjustable driver’s seat.
2025 Tata Tiago NRG: Engine Options
The 2025 Tata Tiago NRG gets the same powertrain options as before. It is offered with a petrol and a CNG powertrain. The petrol model gets a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder engine, which makes 86 bhp and 113 Nm of torque. It is offered with a manual as well as an AMT gearbox.
Apart from this, the company also offers the Tiago NRG with its iCNG technology, which comes with dual cylinders. It also uses the same 1.2-litre petrol engine. However, it makes 74 bhp and 95 Nm of torque. It also gets a manual as well as an AMT gearbox option.
In terms of pricing, the 2025 Tata Tiago NRG starts at Rs 7.19 lakh for the XZ MT variant. Then, there is the XZ AMT variant, which is priced at Rs 7.74 lakh. Meanwhile, the XZ iCNG variant with manual transmission is priced at Rs 8.19 lakh, and the XZ iCNG AMT variant is priced at Rs 8.75 lakh. All of these prices are ex-showroom.
