Bengaluru is one of the first city names that comes to mind when we hear about road rage. Almost every day, we come across videos and images of such incidents from different parts of the city. We now have a new video showing a mother and child crying inside a car after a bouncer broke their car’s windshield during an argument.

The video was shared by Akshay Saini on X. In this video, we see a couple traveling in a car being stopped by a biker. The exact reason why the biker stopped them is unclear. The biker looked furious and was continuously asking the driver to roll down the window. The biker, who was a bouncer by profession, was intimidating the occupants and the driver.

The incident took place on Sarjapur Road at around 10:30 pm. The video was likely recorded by the woman sitting inside the car. We can hear her crying in the video. The driver repeatedly tells the bouncer that he is traveling with his wife and child, but the biker was not in the mood to listen. He kept asking him to roll down the window.

When the car driver tried to leave the scene, the bouncer simply stood in front of the car and blocked the way. The driver started panicking and tried to escape. This provoked the biker even more, and he broke the car’s windshield wiper and smashed the windshield.

When this happened, the mother and child inside the car started crying, as they had not expected anything like this to happen. We hear them screaming inside the car. Before breaking the wiper, the bouncer also picked up a stone to break the glass. However, another person on the road tried to stop him and make him realize that he was not doing the right thing.

Bouncer attacking the car driver

According to one report, the biker was provoked after the car driver turned the vehicle on the road without using the proper turn indicator. There is no confirmation of this. Even if the driver did turn without using a turn indicator, the way the bouncer reacted was inappropriate. Road rage is not the solution for such mistakes.

As soon as the video went viral on the internet, Bengaluru police responded and asked people to dial 112 in case of such emergencies. They also confirmed that they had shared information related to this incident with the concerned police station and that necessary action would be taken. This is not the first time we have come across an incident like this, especially in Bengaluru.

People often misbehave and get into arguments with others over trivial reasons, and these arguments often escalate into fights. Bengaluru police take action against the culprits almost every time, but this nuisance doesn’t seem to end.

Road Rage

If you ever find yourself in such a situation, contact the local police and never engage with the other party. Engaging in an argument is only going to make things worse. In such situations, you never know how quickly things will escalate, and before you know it, the argument has turned into a physical fight. Never get out of your vehicle, and if possible, try to remain calm.
