It has to be noted that for Rs 26 crore, you are only getting a villa and a Lamborghini; if you want parking space, you’ll have to pay extra.

Recently, a tweet from a realtor, Gaurav Gupta, has gone viral on X. In this post, the realtor mentions that Jaypee Greens is coming up with a brand-new project in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, where every single villa costs Rs 26 crore. Also, as stated, each villa will come with a Lamborghini Urus super SUV.

You have to pay extra for parking space

Now, although the price tag of Rs 26 crore for a villa is already mind-blowing for any normal person, it has been added by the X user that buyers will have to pay Rs 30 lakh extra for car spaces. Whether this price is for a single parking spot or multiple parking spots is unknown.

Apart from this, as these villas are on the same premises as a golf course, if you wish to get a villa with a golf course view, you’ll have to spare an extra Rs 50 lakh. Other additional costs that can be opted for by the buyers of villas are for a club membership, electricity infrastructure, and power backup. All of these cost an additional Rs 7.5 lakh each.

Jaypee Greens has launched this property for those buyers who love golfing and are huge automotive enthusiasts. Along with the Lamborghini Urus, this property comes with access to an 18-hole golf course. There is also a 9-hole golf course and a practice range as well. Additionally, the premises also include a resort and different parks as well.

How much does a Lamborghini Urus cost?

Presently, the Lamborghini Urus is offered in India in two variants – S and Performante. The Urus S is priced at Rs 4.18 crore, while the Urus Performante is priced at Rs 4.22 crore. Most likely, the real estate company offering these villas has already included the price of this luxury SUV in its cost.
