Citroen Aircross X SUV Launched At Rs 8.29 Lakh: Gets More Features

Citroen, as part of their new strategy, have been making minor changes to their existing lineup in the Indian market. They call this new strategy Citroen 2.0, and they have launched the X variants of the Basalt and C3 in the market as part of the same. After these two, Citroen has now launched the Citroen Aircross X in the market at an introductory price of Rs 8.29 lakh, ex-showroom.

With the Aircross X, Citroen plans to expand their X-Series portfolio, and the Aircross X is aimed to cater to the needs of modern Indian families seeking style, comfort, and innovation. Citroen claims that the Aircross X has been designed to create a lounge-like, premium atmosphere with a modern aesthetic.
The cabin of the Aircross X comes with features like soft-touch leatherette wrapping on the instrument panel and door bolsters, a bezel-less 10.25” infotainment display, a 7” digital cluster, and refined, chic gold accents that elevate the sense of luxury. A redesigned gear lever, ventilated leatherette seats, and diffused ambient lighting & footwell lighting add both comfort and sophistication. The “deep brown” interior theme balances ruggedness and resilience with upscale appeal.
Other than this, the Aircross X is also offered with Proxi-Sense Passive Entry & Push Start – touchless convenience, Cruise Control & Speed Limiter – effortless highway driving, Auto IRVM & LED Projector Fog Lamps – safer night drives with reduced glare, TROPICOOL Ventilated Seats – cool comfort through scorching summers, HALO 360° Camera with Satellite View – complete confidence in tight spaces, Premium Cabin Experience – soft-touch dashboard, chic gold accents, ambient lighting, leatherette seats.
All these features were earlier not offered in the older Aircross or C3 Aircross, as Citroen used to call it before. Citroen has also introduced CARA, an intuitive, multilingual Citroen Voice Assistant.
Citroen Aircross X is available in both 5- and 7-seater variants. The SUV is offered with two engine options. There is a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine and a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine. Both these engines are 3-cylinder units. The NA petrol engine is available with a manual transmission, while the turbocharged version comes with manual and automatic transmission options.
The SUV is available with 10 exterior and 3 interior colour options. This includes 4 dual-tone and 6 monotone colours. The SUV comes with safety features like six airbags, ESP, hill hold, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors. Prices for the Citroen Aircross X start at Rs 8.29 lakh, ex-showroom, and go all the way up to Rs 13.49 lakh, ex-showroom.
