If you own a base spec trim of the Hyundai Creta, you may want to modify the car as it lacks basic features. Today, we will cover a black colored E model 2024 Creta which is owned by the popular YouTuber Her Garage.

The YouTuber has highlighted her car in a special video where she tells us about all the modifications done to the SUV. Additionally, she also mentions the cost of each modification. All in all, this video is a perfect guide for people who are planning to buy or already own a Creta E trim and are looking to modify it from base to top. Now, let’s start with the video.

The video starts with the front fascia of the SUV. Changes here include black chrome parametric grille, connecting LED DRL and top model LED headlamps. The base trim lacks connected DRL and comes with a rough black grille.

Regarding pricing, she mentions that the centre DRL costs Rs. 5500. The host adds that the throw of the Creta top model headlamps is very poor and she advises not to install them. An additional modification in the front includes a camera which is a part of the 360 degree camera setup.

The most significant change in the side profile of this car is 18-inch alloy wheels from Creta N Line. From the factory, the base model gets 16-inch steel rims. Furthermore, the brake calipers are painted red. The host mentions that she observed a mileage drop of about 2 kmpl after upsizing the alloys. She concludes that if fuel efficiency is your priority, you should not install upsized alloys in your vehicle.

A useful upgrade in the side profile is ORVMs with LED indicators, puddle lamps and electric folding, electric adjustment functionality. The fender mounted indicators are replaced with a chrome vent. Other additions in the side profile are chrome door handles, mud flaps, gunmetal grey skid plates, door visors and top model roof rails. The host adds that the door handles are OEM and they are a replacement part instead of being a stick on.

The rear profile of the SUV now gets a shark fin antenna, wiper with washer, defogger, reverse parking camera and connected tail lamps with sequential indicators. For the rear wiper and washer to function, the rear windshield and the right hand steering stock had to be replaced. On the other hand, for the defogger to function, an additional switch has been added in the cabin. In the boot, the host has installed a boot mat and a sleek sub woofer which does not occupy much space.

Now, let’s talk about the interior. Multiple small upgrades have been done in the cabin such as silver door handles, two tweeters with mesh, glossy black door panel, double layer damping, soft touch door arm rest, illuminated scuff plates, flooring, 7D mats, airbag friendly suede & leatherette seat covers, steering mounted controls, ice gray leather & glossy black steering wheel, 12.3-inch infotainment system, sunglass holder, LED reading lamps, working cruise control and some other glossy black elements.

Now, for the main question, how much did it cost? The host mentions that all of this modification costed her around Rs. 2 lakh including everything.
