2025 Hyundai Creta with New Variants And Features Launched: Lower Variant Gets Panoramic Sunroof

Hyundai Motor India Limited today launched the updated 2025 version of their best-selling SUV, the Creta, in the market. The 2025 Creta comes with new features and is also offered in more variants. Hyundai has now introduced the EX(O) and SX Premium variants for the Creta.

What's New?

The newly introduced variants have been designed to provide an improved ownership experience. The EX(O) and SX Premium come with a variety of features. The EX(O) variant of the Creta now includes premium features like a panoramic sunroof and LED reading lamps. The SX Premium offers features like front-row ventilated seats, an 8-way electrically adjustable driver seat, a Bose premium 8-speaker system, leatherette seat covers, and scooped seats.

The Hyundai CRETA SX(O) variant now comes with a rain sensor, rear wireless charger, and scooped seats. Additionally, the company has introduced a Smart Key with a motion sensor in the S(O) and higher variants. This innovative technology enhances security. Titan Grey Matte and Starry Night color options are now available across all variants of the Hyundai CRETA.

The newly introduced EX(O) and SX Premium variants are only available with the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and the 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine. The petrol engine is available with manual and IVT gearbox options. The diesel version, on the other hand, comes with manual and automatic transmission options (EX(O) only).

The SX(O) variant of the Creta is available with all three engine options, including the 1.5-litre turbocharged engine. The price for the EX(O) variant starts at Rs 12.97 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 15.96 lakh (ex-showroom). The SX Premium variant's price starts at Rs 16.18 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 17.76 lakh (ex-showroom). The SX(O) variant starts at Rs 17.46 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 20.18 lakh (ex-showroom).

Hyundai Creta

The Hyundai Creta has always been a popular SUV in the segment due to its premium looks and features. The current version of the Creta was launched last year with more features and a new turbocharged engine.

2025 creta

The 1.5-litre turbocharged engine in the Creta replaced the older 1.4-litre turbocharged engine. The current engine generates 160 PS and 253 Nm of peak torque. This engine is available exclusively with a 7-speed DCT gearbox. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine generates 115 PS and 143 Nm of peak torque and comes with manual and IVT gearbox options. The 1.5-litre diesel engine generates 115 PS and 250 Nm of peak torque and is available with manual and automatic transmission options.

The price for the Hyundai Creta starts at Rs 11.11 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 20.42 lakh (ex-showroom).
