People using social media to post lifestyle videos has become a common trend lately. With affordable data plans available across the nation, almost everyone is trying to be a content creator. Recently, there have been several cases where users have posted videos showing illegal activities. In most cases, they use vehicles as props to make viral videos. Here, we have a video in which a lady police officer stopped men sitting out of the sunroof of a moving Scorpio N.

The video was shared by Prateek Singh as a YouTube Short on his channel. In this video, we see a police officer getting out of her official vehicle with her phone camera on. She spotted a group of tourists recording a video on a public road. She started by asking the men if they had official permission for this shoot.

They probably said no. We then see two men sitting on the roof of a Mahindra Scorpio N. All this was happening on a narrow mountain road. The cop started checking the vehicle and found that the Scorpio N didn’t have any registration plate. The SUV looked brand new, and just behind the Scorpio N, we see a Scorpio Classic with a Haryana registration number.

It looks like the occupants were on a religious trip to the mountains and were probably caught while on their drive back. The officer immediately asked them to get down. The pilgrims or tourists tried to negotiate with the officer, but she insisted that the men get down. The officer even threatened them that if they didn’t follow the rules or obey the instructions, the vehicle would be seized.

She also told them that this is a religious place, and visitors should keep this in mind and not disturb the sanctity of the location. The exact location is not clear. However, it looks like they were somewhere in Uttarakhand or Himachal Pradesh.

As mentioned above, there were two men sitting on the roof of the SUV. When the officer asked them to get down, the other occupants told the officer that one of them is physically challenged and could not get down on his own. This made the officer even more furious, as they were risking the man’s life by making him sit on the roof.

The video ends with both men getting back into the car. She scolds the men and tells them that sunroofs are not meant for this purpose. It is not clear if the officer issued any fine or let them go with a verbal warning this time.

Sitting out of the sunroof of a moving car is extremely dangerous, especially for a person who is physically disabled. He does not have any control over his body, and the chances of him falling off the SUV on a turn or during hard braking are pretty high. We have come across several incidents where cops have taken action against offenders in such cases. In this case, however, we are not sure if they escaped a fine or legal action.

Sunroofs are primarily designed to facilitate air circulation in vehicles. Keeping the windows open while driving at high speeds can lead to direct airflow into the eyes, potentially causing issues. On the other hand, sunroofs are designed to recirculate the air within the vehicle without significant wind disturbance.
