999 Units Of Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition Sold Out In Seconds
Just a few days ago, on the 79th Independence Day of India, Mahindra Automotive unveiled the BE 6 Batman Edition in India. At the time, it was announced that only 300 units of this special matte black Batman Edition BE 6 would be produced by the brand. However, after gauging the excitement, the company increased this number from 300 to 999. Now, it has been announced by the brand that all 999 units of the BE 6 Batman Edition were sold out in just 135 seconds after going live.

Mahindra has announced that the Batman Edition BE 6 booking started at 11:00 AM, and in the first 135 seconds, all 999 units were sold. As mentioned originally, the company announced that only 300 units of this special edition BE 6 would be offered. However, due to the extremely high demand, all 999 allocations were sold.
The new BE 6 Batman Edition is the result of a first-of-its-kind tie-up between Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) and Mahindra Automotive. This particular electric SUV has taken its inspiration from legendary director Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Trilogy. This partnership is part of Mahindra’s “Unlimited India” strategy, which will offer global-first innovations.
Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition: Details
The main highlight of the BE 6 Batman Edition includes its exterior satin black paint, which gives it a Batmobile-like mean and menacing appearance. It also gets gold-painted suspension components and brake callipers, which add an exquisite contrast to the vehicle. Other notable highlights include 20-inch aero blade-style alloy wheels.
To emphasize the Batman effect, the Mahindra BE 6 gets Batman emblems on hub caps, front quarter panels, rear bumper, windows, and rear windshield. As for the interior, it gets a brushed gold Batman Edition plaque with unique numbering and charcoal black leather upholstery with gold stitching.
It also gets Batman branding on the seats, boost button, and various interior labels. The infotainment system of this BE 6 gets a special Batman-inspired welcome animation. Mahindra Automotive, in order to make the customer experience special, has allowed customers to select their preferred badge number from 001 to 999.
The company has mentioned that these numbers are non-exclusive, which means that duplicates can exist. The original pre-booking for the Batman Edition BE 6 started on August 21, 2025, at 5 PM on Mahindra’s official website, and the booking amount was Rs 21,000. Mahindra will commence deliveries of the BE 6 Batman Edition from 20th September, coinciding with International Batman Day.
The Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition is based on the Pack Three variant of this electric SUV. It comes equipped with a 79 kWh battery pack offering a range of 683 km on a single full charge. As for the motor, it gets a 282 bhp and 380 Nm torque-generating motor powering the rear wheels.
The BE 6 comes equipped with features such as a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with Dolby Atmos, a panoramic glass roof with ambient lighting, a 360-degree camera, ADAS Level 2+, ventilated front seats, a VisionX augmented reality head-up display, and many others.
