Mahindra BE 6 And XEV 9e Pack 2 Prices To Be Out Soon: Details

Earlier this month, Mahindra Automotive revealed the pricing details for Pack 1 and Pack 3 of its all-new born-electric SUVs, the BE 6 and the XEV 9E. At the time, the company did not reveal the pricing details of the mid-spec Pack 2 variants of these SUVs. However, it has now been confirmed by Rajesh Jejurikar, Mahindra’s Executive Director and CEO of the Auto and Farm Sector, that the pricing of the Pack 2 variants will be announced by the end of March this year.
Mahindra will be offering both the BE 6 and the XEV 9E in three variants, namely Pack 1, Pack 2, and Pack 3. All three variants of both cars will be offered with the smaller 59 kWh battery pack. However, the bigger 79 kWh battery pack will be offered only with the Pack 2 and Pack 3 variants of both EV SUVs.
As per reports, it is expected that the Mahindra BE 6’s mid-spec Pack 2 variant with the 59 kWh battery could be priced at Rs 20.40 lakh, and the same model with the bigger 79 kWh battery pack could be priced around Rs 21.90 lakh. Meanwhile, the XEV 9E’s Pack 2 variant with the 59 kWh battery pack could be priced at around Rs 23.40 lakh.
Lastly, the 79 kWh battery pack Pack 2 variant of the XEV 9E could be priced around Rs 24.90 lakh. It should be noted that the pricing mentioned above is speculative, and the actual prices, which will be revealed by the end of March, could differ.
Mahindra Automotive has already announced the pricing for the BE 6 and XEV 9E Pack 1 and Pack 3 variants in India. The base-spec BE 6 with the 59 kWh battery pack will be priced at Rs 18.9 lakh. There will be no 79 kWh battery pack on offer with the base BE 6.
