All-New Mahindra BE 6E Photo Gallery
To rival the likes of the premium electric SUVs from luxury carmakers, Mahindra has launched its all-new BE 6E in India. This unique, sporty-looking SUV has been launched with a price tag of Rs 18.9 lakh, which has shocked the country. It also comes loaded with features. So, to give a better look at this new electric SUV from Mahindra, here is a detailed photo gallery of the BE 6E.

Exterior
First off, let’s start with the exterior design of this SUV. The front fascia of this SUV boasts a unique bonnet with a scoop. There is also an illuminated BE logo at the front, and it also gets C-shaped LED DRLs. The headlights are all-LED units, but they have been nearly hidden. The center portion gets gloss black treatment, and there is a silver skid plate flanked by two LED fog lights.
On the side profile, the SUV boasts a very athletic silhouette with short overhangs and thick gloss black claddings. The front flush door handles and its rear hidden door handles add to the clean side profile design. The standard model will come with 19-inch alloy wheels. Meanwhile, there will also be 20-inch optional aerodynamic wheels.
As for the rear, there are similar C-shaped LED taillights as the front DRLs, and it also gets a double-bubble roof spoiler. The rear bumper mimics the same spoiler design, and there is a two-part skid plate at the bottom as well. Overall, the design of the BE 6E is very unique.
Interior Design
Like the exterior, the interior of the Mahindra BE 6E is also very bold and unique. It takes its inspiration from fighter jets, as the driver gets a cockpit-style dashboard. At the middle, there is a partition, and on the driver’s side, there are a ton of unique elements. It gets a flat-bottom and top steering wheel with two spokes, an illuminated BE logo, and capacitive buttons.
At the front is a digital instrument gauge cluster, and connected with it is a touchscreen infotainment system. The AC vents are hidden just underneath the screens.
Like all Mahindra SUVs, the BE 6E is a five-seater SUV that gets very unique fabric and leather upholstery. The rear seat passengers get air conditioning vents, Type-C charging ports, optional rear entertainment screens, and new design buttons for window controls.
There is also a very unique airplane-like gear lever. Just behind it, there is a rotary dial as well.
The BE 6E is also being offered with MAIA – Mahindra Artificial Intelligence Architecture. It gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 processor, 24 GB RAM, and 128 GB internal storage. Wi-Fi 6.0, Bluetooth 5.2, and 5G internet are also available.
Another unique addition is the Vision X Augmented Reality head-up display. It projects navigation, alerts, and other important information in front of the driver.
Mahindra is offering a new Eyedentity driver monitoring system as well. With this system, the vehicle will be able to monitor the alertness of a driver. There is a camera at the center just behind the IRVM.
The company has also worked to reduce the NVH levels inside the Mahindra BE 6E.
The BE 6E comes with a 16-speaker Harman Kardon high-end audio system with Dolby Atmos. It includes mid-range speakers, woofers, tweeters, and a subwoofer.
Another one of the unique features of the Mahindra BE 6E is the fixed glass roof with ambient lighting. It gets 16 million color options.
Safety Features
It also gets ADAS Level 2+, which comes with features such as lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and a ton of other features.
Platform and Powertrain
The Mahindra BE 6E is based on the brand’s newest INGLO platform, which is a skateboard architecture. It comes with a crash-resistant battery. There are two battery pack options – 79 kWh and 59 kWh. The former offers 682 km of range, and the latter offers 535 km.
As for the powertrain, the electric motor powering the BE 6E makes 282 bhp and 380 Nm of torque. It comes in a rear-wheel-drive configuration.
