Prior to their official unveiling at the Mahindra Unlimit Event on November 26th, the company has shared another teaser of its upcoming BE 6E and XEV 9E electric SUVs. This new teaser yet again gives us a glimpse of these all-new global electric SUVs that will soon be launched by Mahindra Automotive in India.

Mahindra XEV 9E and BE 6E New Teaser

The latest teaser of the Mahindra BE 6E and XEV 9E has been shared on X by Mahindra Electric Origin SUVs. It starts off by showing the rear-end design of the coupe SUV, the XEV 9E. Following this, it shows it moving, which reveals its sloping roofline. Additionally, the video also shows the front-end design of this highly anticipated EV SUV.

In the same teaser, the company has also showcased the upcoming BE 6E electric SUV. Both of these SUVs can be seen crossing each other at full speed, giving a dramatic effect. At the end, the teaser shows both the BE 6E and the XEV 9E standing right next to each other.

Mahindra XEV 9E

First off, let’s talk about the Mahindra XEV 9E. This new electric SUV is based on the XUVe.8, which is the electric version of the XUV700. The XEV 9E will boast a muscular appearance in addition to the coupe-like roofline. At the front, it will get a connected LED DRL with vertically stacked LED headlights.

There is also a closed-off grille at the front, which is a signature design element of electric vehicles. On the side profile, the XEV 9E gets a five-spoke alloy wheel with an aero blade-style design. As for the rear, it gets connected LED taillights, which add to the sporty nature of this SUV.

Presently, the powertrain details of the upcoming XEV 9E have been kept under wraps. However, as we all know, it is based on the INGLO platform, which can accommodate a battery pack as large as 80 kWh. Most likely, it will offer a range of 500 km on a single full charge and could also come with AWD capabilities.

As for the other highly anticipated electric SUV, the company will take the covers off the BE 6E on November 26th as well. This new model will also be based on the INGLO platform and will boast a very sharp and aggressive exterior design.

The upcoming BE 6E will be taking on rivals like the Tata Curvv.ev, Hyundai Creta EV, BYD Atto 3, and the Maruti Suzuki eVX. It also has to be noted that Mahindra will most likely launch it in international markets, where it could take on the Tesla Model 3 as well.

At the front, the Mahindra BE 6E will get C-shaped LED DRLs and LED headlights. It will also get unique alloy wheels on the side profile, along with chunky wheel arches and gloss black claddings. Apart from this, the rear end will be equally aggressive.

On the inside, the BE 6E will boast a cockpit-like design. There will also be two huge screens that will be connected to each other. The SUV will also get a rotary dial, a plastic panel that divides the driver and co-passenger sides of the cabin, and sleek AC vents.

Coming to the powertrain side of things, the BE 6E will reportedly be offered with two battery pack options. The first will be a 60 kWh, and the other will be a 79 kWh. It is believed that the 79 kWh battery pack option will offer a range of 450-500 km on a single full charge.
