Mahindra BE 6 Electric SUV Deliveries Commence in India: First Delivery [Video]
Finally, after waiting for so long, the deliveries of the all-new Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9E have commenced. Recently, the first delivery video of the agile and unique BE 6 electric SUV has been shared online. This particular vehicle has been delivered to a buyer in Uttarakhand. Apart from this, the company has also started delivering the XEV 9E, which is the bigger coupe electric SUV from the brand.

The video of the Mahindra BE 6 EV SUV delivery has been shared on Instagram by Takuli Auto Talks on their page. As per the post, this particular Mahindra BE 6 was delivered to a customer by Kumar Autowheels, which is a Mahindra dealership in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. In this short video, the owner, along with his family members, was seen taking delivery of the BE 6.
This particular Mahindra BE 6 is finished in the classy shade of Everest White, and it appears to be the top-of-the-line Pack 3 variant of this SUV. In the video, we can note that the entire family of the owner of this vehicle arrived at the dealership. They first cut a cake and then took off the cover, after which they were handed the keys to this new EV SUV. The owner was also given a gift hamper as well.
Mahindra BE 6: Details
The Mahindra BE 6 starts at Rs 18.9 lakh for the base Pack One variant. Then there are Pack One Above and Pack Two variants, which are priced at Rs 20.50 lakh and Rs 21.90 lakh. Finally, there are the Pack Three Select and Pack Three variants, which are priced at Rs 24.50 lakh and Rs 26.90 lakh, respectively. Only the Pack Three variant is offered with the larger 79 kWh battery pack, while the rest of the variants get a 59 kWh battery pack.
Features
Mahindra has gone above and beyond with the newly launched BE 6 and XEV 9E. Both of these electric SUVs have been loaded to the brim in terms of features. The top-of-the-line Pack Three variants of these SUVs come equipped with features such as twin floating screens. Both of these screens are 12.3 inches.
The one in the center is the touchscreen infotainment system, and the one on the right is the digital instrument gauge cluster. Mahindra offers the BE 6 with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 processor with 24 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. It also gets WiFi 6.0 and Bluetooth 5.2, along with 5G internet.
Apart from these, it also comes equipped with VisionX Augmented Reality. Other features include Amazon Alexa integration for hands-free operation and the LiveYourMood system, which offers pre-set themes and sounds designed by A.R. Rahman. It also gets a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with Dolby Atmos.
Safety features
The company has also kept safety as a priority for the BE 6, and for this, it comes equipped with ADAS Level 2+. It gets lane change assist, adaptive cruise control, and obstacle detection. There is also a 360-degree camera, seven airbags, and a crash-resistant battery.
Powertrain
In terms of the powertrain, the Mahindra BE 6 is offered with two powertrain options. The lower variants get an electric motor capable of producing 228 bhp and 380 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the higher variants make 282 bhp and 380 Nm of torque. As for the battery pack, the SUV is offered with a smaller 59 kWh and a larger 79 kWh option. The former offers a range of 556 km, and the latter offers 682 km on a single full charge.
