2025 Mahindra Scorpio-N Z4 Diesel Automatic Variant Arrives At Dealerships: Walkaround Video
Just a few days ago, Mahindra Automotive launched the Scorpio-N Z4 AT variant in India. This new variant has been launched to make the automatic gearbox more affordable for the buyers. Now, this new variant has started arriving at the dealerships, and recently a detailed video walkaround of it has been shared online. The vlogger in the video has mentioned that this is one of the most value-for-money trims in the Scorpio-N's automatic diesel lineup.
This detailed video walkaround of the Mahindra Scorpio-N Z4 AT has been shared on YouTube by Xpocar on their channel. It starts off with the vlogger giving an introduction to this variant and also mentions its price. He states the Scorpio-N Z4 AT variant with the diesel engine is priced at Rs 17.86 lakh.
The vlogger then mentions that the difference between the manual and the automatic variant is around Rs 1.65 lakh. As for the difference between the diesel and petrol Z4 AT, it is around Rs 44,000. Overall, he mentions that this particular variant is a very value-for-money variant.
Exterior design
Moving on, the vlogger starts giving a detailed video walkaround of the Scorpio-N Z4 AT variant from the outside. He shows and mentions that the front gets a set of halogen headlights, a six-slat grille with brushed silver accents, and a black top portion. On the lower portion, it gets a honeycomb grille but misses out on fog lights.
Next up, he shows the side profile of this vehicle, which comes equipped with 17-inch steel wheels, body-colored ORVMs with LED turn indicators, black window trims (silver in higher variants), and no request sensors on offer from the company. Apart from these, the Z4 AT variant gets black roof rails and disc brakes on all four wheels.
Following this, he moves to the rear end of this SUV, which looks the same. The only major difference is the LED taillights, which are sequential on the higher-spec variants and simple in this one. It also gets a rear wiper, washer, defogger, and high-mounted spoiler along with a shark fin antenna.
Interior
As for the interior, the Scorpio-N Z4 AT comes equipped with the same dual-tone black and ochre brown color scheme. However, instead of the leatherette upholstery, it gets fabric. It also gets all four power windows, cruise control, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, manual air conditioning system, traction control, hill descent control, and many other features.
Pricing and powertrain
The Scorpio-N Z4 variant comes equipped with a 2.2 mHawk CRDi turbo diesel engine, which makes 130 bhp and 300 Nm of torque. There is also a 2.0-litre petrol engine, which makes 200 bhp and 380 Nm of torque. Both of these engines come mated to a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox with manual override.

In other Mahindra Scorpio-N news, the company has finally launched this SUV with ADAS Level 2. The ADAS suite offered in this SUV features Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Smart Pilot Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition, and High Beam Assist. It starts at Rs 21.35 lakh and goes up to Rs 23.48 lakh.
