Mahindra Thar Roxx With Mocha Brown Interiors Arrives At Dealerships: Video Walkaround

Mahindra Automotive launched the Thar Roxx on Independence Day last year. At the time, the SUV was launched with a white and black dual-tone interior. However, as soon as the test drives commenced, many people pointed out that the white interior gets dirty very easily and is very hard to maintain. As a result, Mahindra announced that it would be offering the Thar Roxx with a black and mocha brown interior. Now, finally, the company has started dispatching these mocha brown interior Thar Roxx SUVs, and a video of one has been shared online.

The video of the Mahindra Thar Roxx with the much-anticipated mocha brown interior has been shared on YouTube by Sandeep Malik on their channel. It starts off with the vlogger showing the 2025 Mahindra Thar Roxx finished in the shade of Stealth Black. He mentions that, on the outside, the SUV looks exactly the same as the standard Thar Roxx. The vlogger highlights that this particular variant is the AX7L diesel 4X4 variant.

At the front, the Thar Roxx comes with circular LED headlights with LED DRLs, a unique double-slotted grille, and LED fog lights. As for the side profile, it comes with larger 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and powered ORVMs. Meanwhile, at the rear, this SUV comes with C-shaped LED taillights and a spare 19-inch alloy wheel.

Overall, from the outside, it looks exactly the same. However, he mentions that the prices of this particular model—the AX7L diesel 4X4—have been revised. The new manual variant of this trim is priced at ₹21.59 lakh, and the automatic transmission variant is ₹23.09 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom.

Mocha Brown Interior

Following this, the vlogger then shows the main highlight of this SUV, which is its mocha brown interior. He first opens the boot of the vehicle, which gets the same black treatment. After this, he moves to the rear passenger seats of this SUV. Before showing the interior, he shows the door pad, which gets a textured mocha brown hard plastic in the middle section.

Apart from this, the rest of the door is finished in black plastic. He adds that the place where the hand of the rear passenger rests gets a soft-touch black material. Additionally, the surround of the window control is finished in gloss black. Moving on, he shows the rear seats of this SUV, which are finished in mocha brown and black leather. He highlights that it is the same color as the Mahindra Scorpio-N.

Next up, the vlogger then shows the dashboard of this Thar Roxx, which comes with mocha brown color on the lower section and black color on top. The overall layout is the same as the white and black interior of the Thar Roxx. He then moves to the front seat and shows the functioning of the digital instrument gauge cluster and 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

The vlogger states that the company has improved the software with a few updates, as it now feels more responsive. Following this, he adds that the top-of-the-line AX7L continues to come equipped with features like automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, a wireless charger, ventilated front seats, and many others.
