Mahindra BE6 And XEV 9e Pack 2: TVCs Released

Mahindra's Electric Origin SUVs- the XEV 9e and BE6, have both been extremely successful in the Indian market. These were launched in November 2024, and the deliveries began in March this year. These electric SUVs came in three broad trims- Pack ONE, Pack TWO and Pack THREE. Pack THREE deliveries were prioritised initially. The mid-spec Pack TWO deliveries started commencing in July. Now, Mahindra has released the TV commercials of the pack TWO variants of both the XEV 9e and the BE6.
Mahindra has had a strong focus on creating unique product films, explainer videos, and TVCs for the two e-SUVs. Now, it has published the Pack TWO TVCs on its official YouTube channel. Two distinct videos show the Pack TWO trims of the XEV 9e and BE 6, detailing all of its features and styling cues. Lets start with the XEV.
As the video opens, we see the front fascia of the XEV 9e Pack TWO. It shows the LED headlamps, DRLs, illuminated Mahindra logo, and LED tail lamps. We also get a good look at the large infinity glass roof. The film also shows the alloy wheels of the XEV. The Pack TWO rides on 19-inch wheels, while the range-topping variant gets 20-inch units.
Later in the video, we get to see the cabin design and various features that the XEV comes with. In addition to the panoramic roof, it has the 'coast-to-coast triple screen setup' comprising three 12.3-inch units, 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio with Dolby Atmos, wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, dual-zone automatic temperature control, selectable driving modes with dedicated Boost mode, virtual engine sounds, level 2 ADAS (with 1 Radar and 1 camera), pre-installed OTT, auto booster headlamps and acoustic laminated door glass.
The infotainment engine is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. The cabin also features 60:40 split rear seat with two-step recline and Black leatherette upholstery.
As for the prices, the Pack TWO XEV 9e 59 kWh has an ex-showroom price of Rs 24.90 lakh. The 79 kWh battery version is priced higher, at Rs 26.50 lakh.
The Pack TWO variant of the BE6 has visible differences in their respective lighting insignia. Unlike the Pack THREE which comnes with C-shaped lighting elements at the front and rear, the Pack TWO keeps things simple- it has short linear LED elements. The SUV gets 19-inch wheels and a fixed glass roof.
Later in the video, we get to see the cabin design and features offered on Pack TWO. It comes equipped with a 'Race Ready Digital cockpit'- a dual-screen cluster comprising two 12.3-inch displays, backed by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
It also has features like 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos, dual-zone climate control with rear AC vents, 60:40 split rear seats, electronic parking brake, wireless charger, selectable driving modes (with Boost mode), Level 2 ADAS with one camera and one radar, front and rear sensors, rear HD parking camera, and acoustic laminated door glass.
Both electric SUVs have been based on Mahindra's all-new INGLO platform. This skateboard platform has been developed to match global benchmarks. These vehicles offer two battery choices- 59 kWh and 79 kWh, both sourced from BYD. The XEV 9e Pack TWO's rear-mounted motor produces 286hp and 380 Nm with the larger unit. The BE6, on the other hand, makes 282hp and 380 Nm with the same battery. Both vehicles get the Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) layout and supports up to 11.2 kW AC fast charging.
